    This course was incredibly entertaining!!!

We had a wonderful experience. The black light added so much and the putt putt was challenging yet playable. Thanks for making our overnight trip to Brunswick special!!

Worst staff, extremely rude, overpriced, food was awful, bowling lanes continued to break down, overall would not recommend.

Nice little bar. Great staff fun bowling. Popped in while staying at the hotel next door and it was just right.

All the guests commented on how awesome the venue was. Everything went so smoothly - from the food, to the bowling, to getting drinks, and clean up. Five stars! I would definitely rent with you again! Thank you for helping make my husband's 50th memorable.

Duck Pinz is a blast! My family and I (three folks total for this visit) had a wonderful time here…read moreon a Friday afternoon. It's a cute location in a cute area; it had such a fun, authentic vibe outside and in. We came in and wanted to get straight to bowling, and the staff member who set us up was helpful and friendly. The alley area is pretty small, as it's only four lanes. But while I'm sure that could be a disappointment on a crowded night, we found the small size to be conducive to chatting with each other as we played. It's definitely different from standard bowling: you don't wear bowling shoes, the pins are attached to strings that pull them up (as opposed to freestanding pins at a standard alley), and you use smaller, hole-free balls. You also get three throws per frame as opposed to two. I'm not good at bowling, and I'm -- so far -- not good at the duck pin variant. But I didn't find it frustrating, just fun to learn and play! I managed no strikes and a whopping one spare, although I did find the advice posted on the walls helped me get a bit better. I think there is a type of person (someone who takes bowling seriously, or maybe too seriously) who wouldn't enjoy this, but it's really entertaining if you can go in with a good mindset. And not having to find shoes or bowling balls that fit is a huge plus. As far as timing, it took us about an hour and 15 minutes to play two full games; we didn't rush, but we didn't daddle, either. They charge by the hour or half hour, and we paid for our first hour then added a half hour to finish out a second game. A couple who came in about halfway through our visit managed to just squeeze in 10 frames in 30 minutes. We didn't explore the (intriguing) upstairs area, but I did get a fabulous drink -- the Saturn -- at the bar. While I felt like the bowling was a little pricey (not unreasonably priced, to be clear, just something I couldn't afford quite as often), I was surprised at the great value of the drink. Plus, it was delicious -- super well-balanced -- and the bartender was lovely. Even outside of the bowling fun, I could see this being a regular hangout for me if I lived in the area. But even though it's more than an hour from home for me, I'll absolutely take family and friends up to visit when I can. It's an awesome place to have in the region.

Basic beer and drinks. This is NOT a cocktail bar. You might get a gin and tonic or Negroni or something, but nothing fancy. TON of pool tables. Very lively spot, but not overly crowded. Then next door there is what could be described as a tavern. The menu says, "Over Yonder." It has a stage for entertainment, booths, a bar, and they serve food, including tenders, burgers, wings, tacos, fries, burritos, etc. All of the staff were super down to earth and welcoming. All sorts of people here, mostly younger though. Definitely a 70s type of place that makes you feel like you're in another time. I didn't try the food because I wasn't hungry, but everything looked really good! Might stop by for a snack the next time it's late and I'm tipsy. It's just a couple hundred feet away from lone wolf, another popular lounge, and about 3-4/10 of a mile from the main drag of the Starland District and Water Witch Tiki, so you could make a bar crawl night of it.

My husband tried calling "Premier Bowl & Bistro," but no one ever answered the phone. He called the delivery driver, who said he had waited 15 minutes, and "Premier Bowl & Bistro" told him they had never received the order. My husband kept calling the restaurant, but no one answered. My husband decided to go to the restaurant to see what was going on. Mine, you he had the receipt showing the order was paid for. My husband showed his receipt and asked for his order to be made. The sales and marketing manager, "Brittany Rivera, told my husband she had to ask her boss. Brittany then called her manager, who refused to speak with my husband. My husband was told they would NOT make his order because they do not use Grubhub, nor did they receive the order. My husband then showed Brittany their website, which stated that orders could be delivered through Grubhub, Uber Eats, or DoorDash. Brittany informed my husband that was old. My husband informed that the website should be updated, and he had used that website before. Brittany Rivera was rude and unprofessional, and Ericka Harmon, the Senior Operations Partner, refused to speak with him despite his request for her assistance. Ericka then made rude comments that my husband could hear, and she and Brittany had a conversation among themselves. My husband asked for their names, to which Brittany threw two business cards at him, one with her name and the other with Erick's name. We have spent plenty of money at this restaurant in the past, and the customer service has never been like this. The two managers are rude, disrespectful, and unpleasant to deal with. My husband will be taking the complaint to upper management. Do yourself a favor and spend your money where customer service is a priority, because Premier Bowl & Bistro is not the place to spend your hard-earned money. Dr. Alexander McCloud
