The playground consists of a play structure that has features for a variety of ages along with a separate swing structure: two infant swings and two regular swings. Street parking only. No restrooms. There are benches and a water fountain.

There are ponds around the area with fountains where we saw an alligator & a plethora of turtles. Definitely a must visit when coming with a family to visit Hilton Head. The playground has swings and slides that our grandson loves, and there's also frisbee golf, tennis courts, and wooded trails for walking or biking. One of our favorite parts is how close the train tracks are--you can hear and see the train go by, which our grandson thinks is the best! He also enjoys feeding the turtles in the pond. You'll usually see people fishing and plenty of birds hanging around the water looking for fish. It's just a peaceful, fun park with a little something for everyone.

Other than that I really didn't have any complaints. Maybe they should consider offering something like a $15 unlimited drink option especially on hot days like today. Overall I still had a great time and I'll definitely be back but next time I'm bringing my own water source lol.

Parking is plentiful, which is a plus. The not-so-good: the cost felt high for what you get. We paid $35.99 per person for unlimited bumper cars, which came with 36 arcade credits. For three people, that added up quickly, and the quality just didn't match the price. The staff was fine--nothing exceptional--but not unfriendly either. We didn't try any food during our visit, so I can't speak to that. Overall: Fun Zone has potential, but it feels stuck in the past. The go-karts are enjoyable, but the rest of the experience is underwhelming. With some investment and updates, this place could be much better.

There was quite a few things for younger kids to do, to include a water table, painting on plexiglass glass, a dinosaur scavenger hunt, games, building blocks, play structure, etc. They had some tables and chairs set up for crafts, story time, and even let the kids pet a tortoise. While this area was nice, I felt like a lot of these activities could be found or done for free at local parks or a library. It was a nice break from the beach, but I don't think the cost is worth it for me to go back or refer it to friends.
