He also performed a badly needed filter cleaning (more than once) to assure the last of the dreaded Algae was gone. I've known Craig for a while and he has always done my pool drains and refills. He helped when I did it myself and turned the pool green a few times. He gives great advise and he never tries to sell you anything. Ask him and he will tell you what he can do for you. You get what you want without bells and whistles that don't mean anything. They also put in my new variable speed pump. They installed it for $1,000 less then the closest bids I gathered. Mind you there is no buddy discount here, you don't need it with Klearly Kleaned. They are cheap and are REALLY GOOD at this stuff! They now do my weekly service for a great price. I have had 0 issues. I use the pool with my wife and two dogs, at least twice a day. I told them yesterday it was a little cloudy from the wind storm and excessive use. He showed up today and now it's clear as glass! Just know that you won't be overcharged for BS and you'll get great service. More importantly a super Klean pool. Thanks guys!

I was able to send some pictures of our system so they had an idea of what we have prior to the appointment as well, which I thought was awesome. The pool tech who came out was as knowledgeable and really nice. He explained what he was doing and what he thought the issue was with our filter. He gave us some options, and even found a cheaper price on the part we needed, and went and got it to bring back to fix our filter. He came right back, got everything switched out and then showed us what to do. We got a follow up message a couple days later making sure everything was working great, which is was (and still is)!
