They came out, gave us a quote we were happy with and started the work on schedule. All of the work performed was done well and on time. The new vacuum, however, was a different story. First they took our old hose and attached it to the new vacuum and left it in the pool hoping I wouldn't notice. I sent a text to the tech and asked where the box for the vacuum was with the new hose, instructions, warranty card and other attachments that the unit was sold with. He sent back a text saying that the vacuums don't come in a box with hoses, etc. and offered me a digital copy of the instructions (note that they also asked to take my old vacuum off of my hands for me too which I'm guessing they rebuild and sell to unknowing customers as new) When I called the office they said that the owner would come out with a brand new unit the next day. While I did end up with the new eventually, the owner never came by to discuss. While the majority of the job they did was wonderful, the shady vacuum situation ruined our impression of the company as a whole.

When brought to their attention they told me they fired the tech and then I received a text message that they no longer would be servicing my pool. No explanation. They would not answer my phone calls or text messages, left me hanging to scramble and find another pool maintenance company. I will make sure and share this with all the referrals I gave them over the years. I would not want anyone else to be left in this position!

I've known Craig for a while and he has always done my pool drains and refills. He helped when I did it myself and turned the pool green a few times. He gives great advise and he never tries to sell you anything. Ask him and he will tell you what he can do for you. You get what you want without bells and whistles that don't mean anything. They also put in my new variable speed pump. They installed it for $1,000 less then the closest bids I gathered. Mind you there is no buddy discount here, you don't need it with Klearly Kleaned. They are cheap and are REALLY GOOD at this stuff! They now do my weekly service for a great price. I have had 0 issues. I use the pool with my wife and two dogs, at least twice a day. I told them yesterday it was a little cloudy from the wind storm and excessive use. He showed up today and now it's clear as glass! Just know that you won't be overcharged for BS and you'll get great service. More importantly a super Klean pool. Thanks guys!

The pool is always sparkling and I don't have to spend hours a month (and $$$) at the pool store buying chemicals. Sure does make the pool more enjoyable when it's ready for swimming at any moment! He gave me a price and had his assistant call to set things up. Things seemed good. A person did come out on Memorial Day to get the pool draining - so that was good. The assistant emailed me a quote to approve that was a lot more than the owner quoted me. (He quoted me around $800. Side Note - I felt that was high also, but the owner shared what they would do - clean, clean the housing, replace the filters, and get it all balanced. It felt like they would really put a lot of effort and care into this, and, I needed it done so I gave the go.) When I asked the assistant about this, she said, "well, he didn't know what you had." I moved forward as I needed to do something. I asked, in email, if the inside of the filter housing would be cleaned - and she said yes. The gentleman came out. Very nice guy, but, it quickly became obvious that there was a major communication barrier. I asked if he was going to clean the inside of the filter housing. He said "Yes I'm going to change the filters." I tried to ask in different ways with no success. I gave up; and just watched. He only changed the filters. No rinse and certainly no chemicals. I immediately emailed the assistant again (the only way to talk with this company - they never answer the phone) - and she emailed back and said "oh, no, we don't do that." The gentleman started cleaning the pool. No power washing. No scrubbing. Just acid down the side and then trickled the garden hose after. He spent maybe a total of three working hours at my house. Maybe. And he was gone. During all this I was emailing insisting the owner or a supervisor come out, but I got emails back saying "the supervisor is too busy covering his route." Yes, another guy came back two days later after I had to put the hose in the pool to fill it (The three hour guy did not do that - again - communication barrier). I barely saw him on camera (He was here about twenty minutes) and never saw what he did, but he supposedly put chemicals in and "balanced things." A day and a half later my son said "dad, you know there are no tabs in the floater, right?" I would have thought they would do that! It makes me wonder what "the return guy" really did? So, for three hours and twenty minutes of work, yes, the pool was not green. Yes, they came on "Memorial Day" (but the assistant said "we have guys who want to work," She made it clear that this wasn't a "special favor.") and yes, I did get my filters changed. I was charged $1,100. Later, without me asking, they did reduce the bill to $978. Still feels really steep. With reliving all of this, I want to reduce my review to "1 Star," but I did get a clean, no longer green pool." So, 2 it is. My personal recommendation is you steer clear of this company. There are PLENTY of better alternatives.

The man is extremely knowledgeable in his field with all things pool and pool chemistry. I have done my best to have a more than basic understanding, especially on the water balance end of things, and using the saturation index. While I am not always great at the constant upkeep on my pool and chemicals, this is something you know he excels at and it is the best system for maintaining your pool. He was also very educational and was sure to take the time to make sure I understood everything up front. He made the repairs quickly and at an affordable cost, all things considered, with just how high maintenance pools are. If you are in need of pool repairs, or not conformable at maintaining your own, I would highly recommend giving him a call or sending a message.
