Mark and Lisa were working and even though it was time for them to go home, they opened the door for my dad. He needed a pool cover and a pillow. They took down his order, went wherever to get it, and cashed him out. All with a smile and what my dad described as 'excellent customer service'. He came home so happy that they were able to accommodate him like that.

Was having trouble with my heater that was installed by another provider. Majestic could not get…read morestaff out but had no problem facilitating a new purchase and immediate install. I should have stopped at that point. I decided to go with a new install and avoid the problematic heater I had. Staff showed up and go to work. It took about 4 hours for the install. They advised that I could not turn the pump on for 2-3 hours. At the 2 hour mark, I turned the pump on immediately noticed a leak due to their plumbing. It was not in the new plumbing but in the old plumbing that was modified by majestic. I called the shop and was met with people who were too busy to help. Funny how they are eager to take the phone call for payment but not when something went wrong. The staff ended up coming back at the end of the day and claimed I did something wrong and that they never touched it. I explained that they had modified the existing plumbing to incorporate the new heater. They left and no water leaks continued. UPDATE:::: now there is a gas leak that they are not calling me back about.I turned the gas off and went to the store in person and told them about the gas leak. No-one called me back. No-one has come to fix it. I called the local HVAC company and they came down and fixed the issue. I can't say that I would recommend Majestic. Poor, expensive service.

First, we had to ask a young lady, ignoring us, on her computer, for help. That young lady attending to us couldn't answer many questions about operating the umbrella. While attempting to help in our purchase, she walked away to ask another customer what they needed -and never returned! Every other salesperson was busy. Then that same young lady that was attending to us, we saw her with a third customer. Why hadn't she come back to complete the sale? We had limited time before another appointment and had already visited the Gary's location nearest to our home (sales rep there said he knew nothing about umbrellas). We drove to this location for the larger selection, fulling intending to purchase, at the very least, an umbrella. $450 - NOT SPENT! Will we go back? Should we? Would there be any sales people to help us spend our hard earned cash? What's wrong with a company that has great inventory but refuses to train it's sales staff? Gary's COULD be cranking out the cash, if only they knew how to "sell!"

When it came time to receive our spa they coordinated directly with our contractor for easy delivery. Can't say enough good things about this company. If you're looking for unique and high end spas, this is your best option in my opinion. I will note that while located in Canada they do deliver to the USA without a problem. You will have to pay the import duty tax which they lay out in the cost. If purchasing in the US, they only accept a cash transfer from your bank. If you haven't done that before it can be a stressful process. Again, Immerspa makes it easy.

They do not inform well how to control the remote settings, and have low skilled subcontractors installing their spas. I would not order again. You are on your own resolving many issues around it.
