Since then, because of his lack of services, I have had to start from the bottom up of getting the chemicals corrected. The last thing I heard from him was that he was going to provide a service and he never did. On top of that, he sent me a bill for the month that he had not contacted me back. As a business owner, and somebody who has been a loyal client to this company I would expect a business owner to at minimum, contact the individual back and have an adult conversation explaining the situation. I would never refer this company to anyone. Since the original owner it has done nothing but go down hill.

He dialed in the automatic chlorine feeder and replumbed the system, removing the old waterfall and integrating it with the new variable-speed one I already had. He even spray-painted the pipes to match, which was a really nice finishing touch. He also took the time to integrate all of my new add-ons into my Pentair panel and set everything up with specific schedules so everything works together properly. He made sure I understood how everything was connected and how the different components work. The setup came out clean, professional, and exactly how I wanted it. This entire project exceeded my expectations. I'll continue to use Keoni and Nevergreen for my pool needs, as usual. Highly recommend!

A few hiccups, but they were always dealt with in a respectful way and timely manner. We recently ended service with them only because we are trying to sell our home and we are trying to cut costs. We figured we could maintain the pool ourselves through the rest of the year. We called and were able to cancel our monthly service with them pretty easily. They were kind and helpful, but no information was given about the way they would leave the pool on their final service. Their departure, unfortunately, was disappointing and ended up costing us almost $400 to fix their mistake which actually defeated the entire purpose of trying to do this on our own to save money. I'm not sure if it's standard practice to leave everything with the pool completely OFF, but some notice and communication would have been nice. Everything was turned off. There was no power going into our pool. The filter, vacuum, pump, everything was turned off and in August heat this was a disaster for algae to grow. We didn't notice it until it was too late. I guess it grows quick in the heat because 2 separate trips to the pool store and $400 later we were able to get the pool back, but what a disappointment. I thought we had a week from the time Nevergreen serviced our pool until we needed to worry about it, but that was being under the impression that the filter, pump, vacuum etc was still running and keeping things clean. I do want to note that I really enjoyed our pool guy - I wish I remembered his name! Austin? He was super nice and helpful and when he learned we were cancelling he even took some time to show me a few things about the pool and equipment. Super helpful. I don't blame him. I don't imagine it would be his responsibility to communicate with me those details and he doesn't see me every week regardless. I am more upset with the back office and the lack of communication (no call or email explaining what to expect) when closing out an account and not going over the way things will end. Unless this is not common practice -- if everything should have been left on as it was, then I'm sorry to whoever services our pool lol I don't want to get him specifically in trouble, but this was a very costly mistake for us in an already difficult financial time. Wow! My older pool filter unit was leaking from the exhaust outlet on the filter compartment. And…read morethe lines had a lot of air in them as evident from the floating pool sweep and the air coming out every morning at start up. I was thinking a replacement of the entire filter system was in order. Called NPS to take a look, and had to set up an appointment. Nelson from NPS inspected the system and ran the filter. I was out of town at the moment, and he called me and gave me some great advice. He agreed it was old system, but wanted me to troubleshoot a couple of things before deciding to replace. Even though the replacement price seemed reasonable to me. I got home from vacation, followed Nelson's instructions. After removing the filters and testing the pressure without the filters, I decided to buy new filters myself and replace. Runs great! No replacement of the system needed. The trip to diagnose was free and didn't cost me a thing for NPS. They didn't try to sell me something I thought I needed. They were only interested in finding the cause of the issue and letting me know what should be done. I still have an older filter system, but it is running great.
