However, when we thought were had a leak around a chimney flashing because of some bubbling on the sheetrock ceiling (turned out not to be a leak but some old wet wood, probably from the time before the new roof was put on) I could not get Ray to come out and look at it, despite many calls and texts. Ray said he warranted the job as well as having a shingle warranty, but now I'm wondering about how good those warranties are. Therefore, I am downgrading my rating to three stars.

Finally, the recent hailstorm finished it off completely. Dude comes walking up the street and solicits the roof. At this point, what do I have to lose? OK. So. I never met the adjuster and never spoke to the insurance company at all. Leonic handled everything professionally. All the neighbors are complaining abut the run-around from the insurance company, but not I. The good part is, and I've waited a while to be sure, is the job on the roof itself. They replaced the decking on a large part of the roof (not with plywood, but with one by as the original decking), fixed a large portion of eave, and made it all not leak. I heartily recommend them. During the sales process, they were great and creative, but once the contract was signed, their real face was reviled. They had staff attrition, the person we worked with during the pre-sales left, and they didn't bother to tell us. At that point, we should have terminated the agreement. - They completed a one month project in 4 months - The quality of the work was terrible. They didn't measure many things accurately; some cabinets were damaged when they were delivered, and some cabinets cracked before the project was even completed. - They promised to manage the project, and they did none of that - They ruined our hardwood floor and refused to fix it. - Leslie who ended up leading the project was rude to other vendors and us and not attentive to details at all (she didn't even come to see the completed product) When we started working with their team, we found out that every vendor they contracted with to complete the work had complaints about them.
