I later discovered, the last step on programming the wind sensor was not done by the installer. Monty Shelton, would not return my phone calls. After filing a complaint with the NC Attorney General's Office, and 10 months later, he brought me a new awning, (for additional money). When the bubble wrap was opened, I saw the motor had been placed on the wrong end and the cord could not reach the electrical outlet. His suggestion was to add an extension cord, which would not have met electrical code or passed future inspections. I declined this suggestion. I would like my new awning with the motor on the correct end, but he is again not returning my phone calls. Any reputable company would communicate with the customer to make their errors right. Not this company. They will not call back when you need help.
