They listened to what we wanted and clearly reflected our priorities and constraints in their proposal, detailed design and estimate. David is a thief. David lied to Sunbelt Rentals in order to rent equipment to work on our home and…read moreothers. He rented this equipment under false pretenses for a period of time for which he was not even working on our house. He did not pay his bill to Sunbelt Rentals. Sunbelt Rentals then placed a lien on our home based on David's lies to them. Our contractor tried numerous times to get David to pay the bill at Sunbelt Rentals which he never did. I ended up having to pay David's bill to Sunbelt Rentals to cancel their lien on our house. David did shotty work which the mason that we hired to complete his work insisted upon tearing down because it was not stable. Then he stuck us with a bill for his rental equipment that we never authorized.
