Almost 5 weeks went by before they came back to work. He was to have an Electrician complete work and dropped that ball, never came. Sanding was never completed on the wood, but he could always arrive when it was time to pick up a check. Very disappointing, poor workmanship and reliability. Big gap between the screen porch and the siding. Isn't the point of have a screen porch to keep bugs out? He is not a licensed contractor so BEWARE. Sadly the response below is full of lies.

Their contract was thorough and all the deliveries and crew start times were on time. The crew was very nice and personable and never made me feel like I had a dumb question during the construction phase. We had our back deck redone with Trex decking and cable railing which compliments our mountain views perfectly.
