After my insurance claim was denied twice, like most people I was ready to give up. Instead, with Zach's expert coaching, I fought the good fight and didn't give up. He was there for me every step of the way. He knew exactly how to navigate the process, advising me on what to say, do and expect. He fiercely advocated on my behalf until the insurance company finally gave up and approved my claim. Working with insurance companies is truly an endurance test. I ended up getting a brand-new roof at no cost to me through my insurance. Not only did his team knock it out in one day, but they also cleaned up meticulously, not even leaving one nail behind (which is important because I have children). I know none of this would have happened without Zach's persistence, expertise, and genuine commitment to me. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile, Leonic Collective is the company to call. Please, don't even consider calling anyone else. They didn't just replace my roof, they gave me a better quality of life. I'm trying to refinance to lower my monthly costs, and now with my beautiful new roof my appraisal will be SO much better! Thank you for everything Zach! I will emphatically recommend you to everyone I know!

Follow up on action items and outsanding questions? No way, my guy. This summer, our deprioritized deck project came back with a vengeance. So, I picked up where I left off, reading reviews and reaching out to contractors. Several failed to respond. One company told me I'd need to pay $150 for the privilege of simply getting a quote. Day One Renovations? A timely response and a promptly scheduled, in person consult. Jonathon and Ari were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Timely, proactive, and responsive. When we hired them, it seemed like a no brainer. Now that work is complete, I wish we had hired them sooner. Their attention to detail was tremendous and they left the worksite looking better than it did when they first arrived. Perhaps the biggest compliment of all? Before they could even wrap up, the neighbors came over to introduce themselves and ask for a quote. Looking forward to having folks over tomorrow to enjoy the new deck. Thanks again!

He was the remodeler on our home that we purchased and did beautiful work for the seller. So we wanted to work with him and approached him about building a carport. At first he wanted to charge us $5000 for the carport plans. I balked at that and he said he would do the plans for $1250. He sent me a sample document of what the plans would look like and I agreed and paid him the money on October 16, 2023. I followed up repeatedly and then finally he gave us the "plans" on December 31, 2023. It looked like a kid's Minecraft game. There were no measurements to scale, and while I think this was supposed to be our house, he didn't have our kitchen window or our living room window in the "renderings" and it appears that the kitchen window would be blocked by the carport column. The fence wasn't in the correct place, the driveway elevation looked different from our driveway. And there was no scope of work for the carport, so we still have no estimate for the cost. I have reached out to him again and again for a refund and he has completely ghosted us. No reply at all. It has been over 5 months and we have no hope we will see that refund or what we paid him for. His negative google reviews have disappeared but hopefully the Yelp ones will serve as a buyer beware for David Rand at DMR Design.
