I was a little apprehensive initially but he insisted that he & his team could handle this job. Cesar worked on a good time schedule with me as I was in and out of town. him and his crew showed up on time and proceeded to work from morning till later afternoon. They picked up all product with no issues, carried bags of concrete up the ramp along with all the wood necessary without even a word of complaint. He wasn't wasteful and knew I was on some sort of budget which I really appreciated. Caesar and his team finished as scheduled and I must say the deck came out amazing. They cleaned up everything and did not leave any trash behind which many contractors have done. if I need something else I will shout out to Cesar again. Give him a call I don't think you will be disappointed. He seems like he would be ready to tackle most projects.

He was able to provide us a work quote and work us into his busy schedule. He also worked around our schedule as well. Our floors came out beautifully. He was able to answer questions about other work we might want to do AND even recommended cost effective purchases we could make which wound up saving us money. We are very happy with the outcome. In the future, we will reach back out to Cesar when we are ready to improve our deck in the yard.

A few things I would recommend for anyone working with DDK. #1. Do not accept the estimate as is. Look over the estimate and make sure that everything is spelled out, especially cost of labor versus materials for every aspect of the project. #2. Make sure that they say what they are going to do, and then follow up by doing what they said. I think they are about 25% too expensive on their rates. Their labor costs are way too high, it's likely a very large cut is going to the owner. I have another fencing project that I need completed, but I will not hire , nor do I recommend DDK. I will finish with a quote from the owner regarding this review, "You're going to remove it! Bad review that you wrote or did you also lie to me with that?" Caveat emptor.
