Alex is a quality general contractor and our experience with his company was positive. Recently he…read moreand his crew completed a home interior painting project for us. His pricing of the job was competitive, and the finished product looked very good. When we had concerns about certain aspects of the job, Alex worked diligently to resolve them in a professional and timely manner. To me that is the mark of a quality company. Alex stayed within his cost estimate and met the timeline of the job. He kept us informed on the progress of the job, and when completed, all work materials were removed and our home left clean. I would recommend Alex for any general contracting projects.

It has been such a pleasure working with Wayne Ryan with our plans to update the cabinets and…read moredrawers in our kitchen. He had a lot of ideas and yet was very open to what we hoped to see. In addition to that, his bid for our job was very reasonable. With every appointment (including the installation), he arrived on time and kept in touch with us. He worked quickly (finishing our job before the expected date of completion) and we were very pleased with the results. I can be a real stickler for details--and I could see nothing that wasn't done to perfection. Shortly, he'll be doing some additional work we had requested, however, in the meantime, I wanted to give this review for the excellent job he did. With the new wood doors, two featuring glass, and soft-close cabinets, he has created for us a pleasurable new experience when using our kitchen.

We are so happy we found Alex for our bathroom remodel (and more). We recently bought a home and…read morerealized after moving in that the bathroom really needed to be re-done due to poor work by a previous "remodel". We asked Alex to replace the tub, remove the shower surround and tile it, tile the floor, paint the walls and ceiling, install new light over the vanity, new vanity, new exhaust fan, and new toilet along with built in shelves in the bathroom walls. Also, we asked him to repaint all the ceilings in the home, install a new ceiling fan and light fixtures, new kitchen sink, and some other small tasks. He even put together a new metal shed that had approximately 1,000,000 parts for us, a task I know was difficult! If that doesn't sound like enough, Alex encountered some very bad plumbing along the way, and had to redo some floor joists and support structure, and some wall stuff to get it right for the new work. He did an awesome job problem solving, and making it all correct underneath, not just the surface level. He always asked for input when needed on decisions, but also provided his opinion to help us make the right decision. He also solved problems without stressing us out about them unnecessarily. Our small home feels like a new home thanks to his work with his teammate. The bathroom looks amazing and feels spa like, which is a far cry from how it was before Alex. We were very stressed and worried about getting this job done right, and Alex was such a pleasure to have do it for us. He got it done right, it looks great, he communicated well, rolled with changes or additions to the work we requested as we went along, and was done right when he projected. We are so happy with him that we've scheduled him to come back in 2 weeks to do our kitchen backsplash. You won't go wrong trusting Alex with your work, we certainly think of him as our go-to guy now!
