They are expensive and they don't stand behind their work. And they are super slow to respond. Two years ago my balcony had a screen installed by Retracta Screens of SC. Within one week, the frame started to detach from the building because the anchor screws were too short. Within a month, and after numerous follow up calls, Virgo finally had his installer come back and repair the work. Over the last 18 months, the seal that held the screen in was starting to breakdown, eventually causing the screen to come loose. Last October 2015, I contacted Virgo to ask him if I could get on his schedule to get the seal or the screen repaired. He said he would call back. After not hearing from in after a month, I was more persistent and asked if I could get the name of the team member he was going to send. He gave me Derricks name and number. I continued to follow up w him for 4 months and every time we talked, he gave a lame excuse and never followed up. Today I went back to Virgo. Per usual, his head was in the clouds and he told me he had memory problems. I paid a lot of money for this stupid screen system, and it's even more frustrating dealing with this group of unprofessional unaccountable morons. It's been six months, and my screen is continuing to fall apart. Even after offering to pay a premium for them to come out for a few hours and repair, Virgo can't even follow up with a phone call or a update. He won't give me the name of another contractor, and I worry about the screen matching if I use someone else. He is the WORST contractor I have ever dealt with. You are warned.

Eddie, the owner, is very personable and helpful and is extremely knowledgeable of stained glass. He also does work for The Biltmore in Asheville. We wanted the wall vertically to stop at the end of the acrylic sheet. The install crew told us they found transition pieces loaded in their truck They assumed that the contract agreement was changed without ever verifying The shower doors were installed but only one would glide easily, while the other was dragging and hard to open. The right wall was done correctly but, the left one was a complete disaster! So, they attempted to 'fix' the problem by placing painters' tape on the transition piece and the sub wall.This job was supposed to be done in one day and no more than two days. I took pictures of the gaps for proof. The next day I got an appointment for August 12, 2026 at 3:45pm. He stated that he would need more time and that the entire wall of the shower would have to be removed and replaced. He said that due to the work being more extensive he would have to call his boss and explain the situation. Therefore, we had him adjust the screwed-up shower door that was dragging. August 14, 2026 another technician showed up who discussed using a different technique. The repair to the left wall looked more professional. We requested the right wall to be fixed to match the left wall. Upon completion the shower was finally done, 5 days later! West Shore Homes said they would not discuss any compensation until the job was complete and as of today, August 22, 2026, we have not heard anything from them. According to our signed contract we did NOT get the shower we wanted. The walls we too high and not what was in our signed contract. The shoddy installation was horrible. We feel this company misrepresented their ability to perform the job in a professional manner at the appropriate amount of time. We want compensation for the shower we did NOT get as per our contract! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They treat veterans like garbage!

We primarily wanted to stop to see what they offered in kitchen cabinetry. Although much of what they carry is builder basic, you can upgrade to really nice wood cabinets. You can send them your space measurements and they will assist you with the lay out. The employees were very helpful with information and helping us to get the layout of the warehouse. While I liked some of the high quality cabinets they carried, I don't know if it would be worth a two hour drive from Georgia. I think that I would prefer to just find a source closer to home just for the sake of convenience. However, if you reside in Greenville, this could be a great option for you. In addition to furniture, fixtures and accessories, (pull out inserts for drawers), they also had stones for a backsplash and area rugs. If you are looking for basic products for a rental or if you are just cheap, this is the place for you. This would not be a good option if you are looking for higher quality options.

I would've been satisfied with a call saying we are working on getting someone out to fix it. I'm just so disappointed because they did an amazing job installing the door but if you're going to do an excellent job to get my money, you should still stand by your product when something goes wrong.
