I contacted another company in Waynesville who sent in their team and had the table balanced to perfection in less than 2 hours. It seems that the slate wasn't bad after all. After my experience, I couldn't in good conscience recommend them to anybody. Stay away!

My electric bill went up $40 a month, nothing energy savings about it. It ran almost constantly. Also upon installing the tub the electrical was not done properly and a connector pipe was put on with wrong screws and it leaked. I returned the tub and lost almost $2000 in the process. Happy to be done with the lies and poor workmanship. BTW, it was the owner who was not honest with me. Avoid.

I guess 100 meters pools really aren't 100 meters in the Olympics if Sun stuff were to build them. Spa is lopsided. There is 1" more water in the left side to the right. When the size and pitch was questioned at time of concrete form. I was told that they had so much experience I didn't need to worry. After ... When another payment was asked for I insisted and the contract reads "work must be ongoing and consistent." Sun stuff disappeared and left the spa sitting for the icy part of the winter. No protection was used. After listening to a Sun Stuff sub complaining about having to lie to customers, collect checks knowing they weren't coming back and making promises they couldn't keep. The sub contractor was promptly terminated. God knows you don't want the customers to know how you are going to be hosed. Jumping ahead after many problems in May the spa had its pebble finish installed. The smaller than contracted, lopsided spa almost looking like it would be completed. This was until we filled it. First leak was an extra hole in the concrete the contractor made but leads to nowhere. The second leak is still unknown and not repaired. This leak is probably from a cracked pipe under all the new stone patios. The spa leaks 2" inches of water per day. Half of the spa jets stuck out from the plaster walls because the PVC was not set level. This was to be expected the spa wasn't level so why would the jets be. The plaster company returned and re-set the jets and patched the hole to nowhere. Today I have a leaking spa with plaster that looks patched in seven spots. The spa is missing parts and Peter Phelps is on to bend another customer over for the kill. I didn't mention that this company got an arbitrator to protect himself. I agreed to the arbitrator agreement to get the spa done. Sun Stuff violated their own agreement and the arbitrator fired Sun Stuff and Peter Phelps. I guess Peter knows the spa will never be right so his attitude is to move on. Before you have any work done from this company please ask Peter to explain this job to you. I will be happy to make available pictures, contracts, inspection reports and emails to support that this company could possibly be the worst or the worst is Western NC Show less

I was recommended TPH by another plumber I know who mostly does install. They came out the next day. We had bought the house a few months ago and didn't really know anything about the system which is a grinder pump. They were pretty sure it was electrical but the access needed to be pumped. They took the initiative to coordinate with the septic pump firm and got them out that afternoon. Next day they fixed the issue in a manner of a few hours. In addition, Jason, Byron and Ronnie were so professional and just good dudes. My dog thought the same thing and he's pretty picky about who he warms up to. I see a few negative reviews about the hourly cost. That just seems out of touch. We've had other plumbers both here and in Dallas and TPH's rate is right in line and frankly better service. I'm canceling my other annual contract and will be using TPH.

They quoted me DOUBLE what it actually costs. When I reported the overcharge, I was told the technician would be written up. He was only written up because he got CAUGHT. I have no doubt this kind of pricing is widespread across this company. Do NOT use All About Plumbing. I'll also be saving documentation of all of this. Just know that these things get out, and sometimes companies get sued out of business for STEALING from people.

Good work, poor quote…read more I had a shed and platform that needed removing on the morning that a new shed was to arrive. They made a bid based not only on that specification, but also photos I sent showing both the shed and the platform. When the crew arrived, they said (a) they did not know the platform was part of the project and (b) it would cost more to do the job. Since I was stuck, needing to have the old shed gone so the new shed could go in its place, I had no options but to pay more than the bid. The shed and platform were removed, no complaints about the actual work. But had the office manager, Philip, done his job properly, I could have saved a couple of hundred bucks by keeping the platform and staging the new shed atop it. I worry. In the moving business, some local/regional movers play a game where they bid low, then on moving day demand more money saying the job was bigger than expected. This is a well known scam since the person moving cannot stay in their old rental. I hope this is not what Junk Recyclers is doing. So, if you have a small junk hauling gig, they are probably fine. Anything bigger, you might insist on a site visit and firm quote.
