    Different prices again.
    Deej J.

Ordered a lunch special thru the phone and the prices on their website was different from the price I paid for when I got to the the restaurant. The lady said thats an old menu. So I tried ordering online to see the prices thru their ordering portal, it was another price, which was even more different than what I paid for in person. Very misleading. Food was decent but I hate paying for food with different prices thats not what was listed.

I came here because the reviews said they had good mango sticky rice. Well, you know what? They had good mango sticky rice. I'll be back.

Food: We had the crab cheese wontons to start off with and they were very good and unique!! It was a thin casing, different than others, but was surprisingly good. I had the pad Thai and it was very pretty when presented. The plate was very colorful. The flavors were there, and the noodles were perfect. Service: The service was great, our waiters came out every few minutes to make sure we were doing okay. Ambience: The bar area was very nice looking. It was much different from the outside, and was nice and clean on the inside. Overall: Very good lunch/dinner place, only thing is the portions were a little small, and I would've like a little bit more.

A hidden gem. I ordered the pineapple fried rice with shrimp, Thom Kha chicken soup, sticky rice mango dessert and Thai tea for takeout. The soup and fried rice hit the spot with the perfect amount of heat. Well cooked and well-seasoned with large pieces of shrimp/chicken. Delicious. I've had a lot of disappointing Thai food in Colorado so I'm usually hesitant to order. Seeing how Busy this place was and all the great reviews, I gave it a shot. This place satisfied my craving for Thai food. for dine in, everything looks beautiful and clean. Lots Of families here with kids grabbing dinner so that's always a great endorsement too!

Delicious Thai food and I'm very particular about Bangkok style, which I would say this was as the ex-mother-in-law was Thai and I loved her cooking. Definitely great stop for Thai food. Thanks Yelp for helping me find this place driving through Colorado and not too far from I-25.

From hello to good bye, this was a five star experience. We had the Chicken Satay, pineapple fried rice with chicken, and the Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp. The food was amazing! Our server was in her own, but the service did not suffer for it. Everything was fast, hot, and delicious. The restaurant is beautiful with Thai decor and wallpaper. This is a great find. Give it a try.

The service was quick, friendly, and cheerful. The food was delicious!! My friends and I got pad thai lunch specials that came with egg rolls. Everything we had was delicious! The restaurant was very clean and calm with comfy booths.

Go to this place. I'm a big fan of us thai cafe in Lakewood, and still am. But this place is different. The dumplings were good. Yummy. You can tell they were fresh made The chicken pad thai, so different! A sweet taste with a bit of "grill" flavor (that's the only way I can describe it). I got medium, which was the perfect mix of spicy and sweet. Normally I go for it when I get Thai, but this time I wanted to taste the sauce and rate this for you guys. You know what, I'll get medium again. The family that runs is is from Thailand and have excessive knowledge that they are more than willing to share. 5 stars. Couldn't be better.

A new day calls for a new Thai restaurant review! I can't stay away and will try any and all Thai restaurants. Ponsawan Thai is a hit for sure and cannot be missed. The service and interior are upscale and very classy. We were treated like royalty and the waitress was so nice. I could also tell that cleanliness is of upmost importance as the interior and restrooms were spotless. Cream Cheese Wontons. Light, airy and slightly crispy just like I like em. They had a good amount of filling and tasted scrumptious. As for the main dishes, Ponsawan serves an actual serving size of food, so it's literally the perfect size for me. I finished my whole meal and didn't have leftovers to take home. Take that as you will. Chicken Green Curry. I've been on a green curry kick and loved every bit of it! The curry sauce was perfection. I just wish there was a bit more bell peppers rather than bamboo shoots. Another great Thai spot for the books!

Best Thai in town. The owner is super nice and always remembers me. I get the panang or pad Thai and both super good.

The common thread across every dish was not inconsistency but uniform blandness. What arrived on our table lacked taste, energy, and intention, as if the kitchen was simply executing recipes without engagement or care. The moo ping should have been a highlight sweet, smoky, caramelized, and alive with char. Instead, it arrived hollow and lifeless, missing the marinade and fire that define the dish. There was no depth, no fragrance, no sense that the cook believed in what was being served. The accompanying rice was merely filler, and an additional order of Thai fried rice continued the same pattern: edible, but flat, dull, and entirely uninspired. My wife's gluten-free Pad Thai with tofu, a dish built on balance and brightness, was especially disappointing. It lacked acidity, sweetness, umami, and spice every note that gives Pad Thai its character. The noodles felt seasoned out of obligation rather than intention. It was food that offered no pleasure and no reason to return to it, ultimately left unfinished out of sheer indifference. This experience was not about spice tolerance, dietary restriction, or personal preference. Five people ordered widely, and the conclusion was unanimous: nothing stood out, nothing lingered, nothing satisfied. When every plate is this muted, it signals more than an off night it suggests a chef cooking without inspiration, without curiosity, and without soul. Thai cuisine is bold by nature. Having eaten throughout Thailand, we know that even the most modest street stall delivers food with clarity, confidence, and heart. What was served here bore little resemblance to that tradition. Last night (contrary to other nights and lunches in the past) , Bangkok Avenue did not simply miss the mark it stripped Thai food of the very element that makes it special: taste. I liked that it came with a good amount of fresh veggies. Dish was a bit under-seasoned, could have used more salt and depth of flavor. Hidden Gem Alert!…read more Tuk Tuk is a local hidden gem that is secretly tucked away behind Dave & Buster's. There is a walking-only path that connects the Avalon Apartment building, the Ice Centre, the AMC movie theater and Tuk Tuk. Since there is no curb-appeal given its unique location, I am sure plenty of people are missing out on this spot. That said, since you are reading this review you won't miss it! When you walk in you will quickly notice unique features like the beautiful wall art or the Grab-and-go fridges stocks with non-alcoholic (and alcoholic) beverages, as well as some ice cream treats! You will also see a self-service POS system but you can always opt to order with the extremely friendly workers instead. If you don't know what to order, they will happily steer you in the right direction. The food was 1) delicious, 2) very affordable, 3) prepared fresh very quickly! This time I got the Wonton Soup and it hit the spot! You can dine-in or order it to-go (which I did this time). The packaging was solid and kept my food warm without any leaks or issues.
