So I have had Liang's Thai Food on my list for a while since college days when they were just a food stall on 16th Street. I never made it out back then or I couldn't find it. I'm glad that they're successful that they can open a physical location especially for those of us who hate downtown. I finally made it in after almost ten years of knowing this place existed. We came in and there are lots of seats available. Food comes out quick. I had the pad Thai and it was actually quite delicious. It comes with a lot of food. I can't remember the spice level I ordered, but I could order it up a little. Im excited there's a location close by. Service was friendly. Restaurant is clean.

While the service is fast and the team seems great, the food didn't seem quality for the prices.

So happy one of my favorite Thai spots in Broomfield is now also in Thornton. I don't normally order cream cheese wontons anywhere else, I only love them from Liang's. I also love their wings and their shrimp egg rolls too. Their pad Thai, pad see ewe, pineapple fried rice are all great but my favorite on a cool day is their boat noodle soup w beef. I have ordered it at the Broomfield location first, I have ordered it for delivery, and I've now also tried at the Thornton location. The beef is always tender even delivered, which I was shocked. Tom Yum Noodle was sweeter than I liked and so is the Panang curry. Boat Noodle is still my favorite. The service is always great and the space is always clean. Parking lot has a lot more parking spots compared to their Broomfield location. Make sure if you're not a spice eater to get 0-2, their 3 is pretty spicy for a "medium". We tried the coconut ice cream this time as they didn't have the mango sticky rice... it was a bit richer than what I liked but it had good flavor. Glad they have the same consistency as their Broomfield location. Happy to see them grow!

My wife and I recently tried the Thornton location of Liang's Thai Food and had a very pleasant experience. The first thing you notice is how exceptionally clean the restaurant is; it's spotless, which gives it an almost sterile and quiet atmosphere. The staff, however, were the complete opposite, they were extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. I ordered the Green Curry. It was flavorful and enjoyable, though I did notice an interesting twist: it had a slight hint of what reminded me of an Indian curry flavor, which was different from other green curries I've had. My wife ordered the Pad Thai, which she also said was good, but noted that it was missing the bean sprouts typically found mixed in. The prices were fair for the quality and portion size, and we're definitely looking forward to going back. We actually tried to go again recently, but learned the hard way that they're closed on Tuesdays, a real bummer, so plan accordingly! Overall, it's a great local spot with good food and outstanding service.

Liang's Thai has been a Downtown Denver staple with his stall on 16th street mall. When we heard he was opening his third location in Thornton, we were ecstatic. The food is great! We tried a little bit of everything, one of our favorite dishes is pad see ewe and his tom yum soup. Compared to other Thai restaurants in Denver/Colorado, when you get Thai hot, it's super hot-- so if that's not your jam, make sure to go a little mild. The service was great when we went and there was plenty of seating when we stopped by. We have had Liang's twice already since this location opened, and plan on stopping by again soon. Also, if you're dining in, make sure to order the coconut ice cream-- it's a little bit of a wait to get it, but it's totally worth it!

Came here to dine in and was pleasantly surprised by the portions and flavor. I agree with another reviewer- definitely one of the better Thai spots in the area! We had their summer roll (a little pricey in my opinion with the protein), Basil chicken fried rice (my favorite out of everything), Thai tea, and chicken pad thai. Everything was great, but my favorite was the basil fried rice. Such great flavor~ Can't wait to come back and try other menu items! The server was also very friendly and the food didn't take too long to come out. Nice and hot (temp wise). :)

Liang's never disappoints!!! We love coming here for their boat noodles asks it always is comforting, yummy and hits the spot. They are super nice too which makes it worth every trip there. Love that they are closer to us too.

The common thread across every dish was not inconsistency but uniform blandness. What arrived on our table lacked taste, energy, and intention, as if the kitchen was simply executing recipes without engagement or care. The moo ping should have been a highlight sweet, smoky, caramelized, and alive with char. Instead, it arrived hollow and lifeless, missing the marinade and fire that define the dish. There was no depth, no fragrance, no sense that the cook believed in what was being served. The accompanying rice was merely filler, and an additional order of Thai fried rice continued the same pattern: edible, but flat, dull, and entirely uninspired. My wife's gluten-free Pad Thai with tofu, a dish built on balance and brightness, was especially disappointing. It lacked acidity, sweetness, umami, and spice every note that gives Pad Thai its character. The noodles felt seasoned out of obligation rather than intention. It was food that offered no pleasure and no reason to return to it, ultimately left unfinished out of sheer indifference. This experience was not about spice tolerance, dietary restriction, or personal preference. Five people ordered widely, and the conclusion was unanimous: nothing stood out, nothing lingered, nothing satisfied. When every plate is this muted, it signals more than an off night it suggests a chef cooking without inspiration, without curiosity, and without soul. Thai cuisine is bold by nature. Having eaten throughout Thailand, we know that even the most modest street stall delivers food with clarity, confidence, and heart. What was served here bore little resemblance to that tradition. Last night (contrary to other nights and lunches in the past) , Bangkok Avenue did not simply miss the mark it stripped Thai food of the very element that makes it special: taste.
