This guy is amazing! He owns the franchise and has a mobile trailer. Met us near Kendall Toyota. We left the car with him for 2 hours and...voilà, good as new (seriously. That good)! He gave me an estimate over the phone after I texted him the two photos and that's exactly what it cost. They "do not work on cars older than 2005". This is frankly stupid. It's completely arbitrary as the technology on say, a 2003 cayenne turbo is the same as a 2006 cayenne turbo. This is the case for nearly every generation of German car from that era. Also, many German car enthusiasts have a mix of older and newer cars. Guess you don't need the business! 2. They do "not do modifications". So, a blanket statement indicating no ability to think outside the box or leverage widely known and adopted techniques outside of the service manual. Again, dumb. I realize these are their choices and that's fine, but I also know that a ton of enthusiasts like myself won't want to waste their time on a shop that simply wants to make money on people who really aren't THAT into their cars.

He has asked for them back with text and calls MANY times over the course of the last couple weeks, and they do not even answer calls or reply to texts with anything other than false promises that he will return the call later. At this point my father has been forced to spend thousands of dollars on new drive lines, and lost over a month of income from doing business as a contractor. I want to warn anyone considering us this company, please find someone ethical. If Mike calls my father and makes restitution (return the drive lines, and pay for some of his loss of time) I will update this review.
