Mi Pueblito Paisa started as food truck at 4509 Lee Blvd, Lehigh Acres serving Columbian cuisine. In late 2023, they moved to FGCU's University Village. It is situated next to Tacos and Tequila Cantina. It has six inside tables and more than dozen outside tables. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday! We walked in for early dinner on Saturday. The staff is very hospitable, friendly and answered many questions we had. This location was a take-out restaurant with heavy deep-fried items. The ambiance was simple other than the huge Mi Pueblito Paisa sign with customs and hats.
