It was a pleasure to have had her as our server yesterday. Very professional, very personable, helpful explaining some of the offers on the menu and a pleasure to have spoken with her as we were very late for a lunch 2:30 and not crowded yet. An alright experience at PF Changs. Went to the one at Gulfcoast Town Center and it was good, but not this one. Went on a Sunday at noon and it was dead. Seated by a very unhappy host, who seemed to not care if we were there or not. The waitress came over right away and she was the best part of our experience. She was extremely nice and helpful, but she did smell of cigarettes from far away. The mango tea had no mango flavor. The fried eggplant had no flavor whatsoever , even with the sauce . I ordered the Buddha feast and it also had no sauce and no flavor. The tofu was soggy small nuggets breaded in sogginess. It did have fresh veggies though. I sent it back and got ma po tofu, which was delicious with lots of flavor. The sushi did not have rice on the underside, so when it was picked up, it fell apart. The manager never came to our table to ask what was wrong, Noone cared about our $80 meal. read more

We had a reservation at @PK CHANGS however the hostess made us wait 20 minutes before txting our table was ready even though the dining room was nearly empty! Only 5 tables occupied in the entire restaurant!! After waiting 10 minutes we decided to eat in the Bar which was totally empty. The 2 staff all but ignored us for several minutes. After 10 more minutes we received a txt that our table was ready so we moved to the dining room. Once we sat down in the dining area our experience improved. My family and I ate at P. F. Chang's in North Naples last night, and the food was outstanding! We've eaten there many times before, but this was by far the best meal we've ever had. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. The fried dishes were golden brown and not greasy, the meats were tender, and the sauces were delicious. The service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. It was such an enjoyable meal from start to finish. Came here for lunch and luckily, I checked out the menu in advance as I knew they had a lunch menu but wasn't offered the menu until requesting this. There were others dining here but you can tell that the servers are either asked to do too many things or they are slow. Several tables are sitting and looking around ready to get their checks. I ordered the spicy Chang chicken and really enjoyed it. Add $2 for a pork eggroll. I had no idea they were going to cut this vertically. I'd suggest to not cut the eggroll in the future. My friend ordered the Kung pow shrimp and liked it too. They were very accommodating with my kids, their kids menu is great and very flexible. Even comes with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. They were not busy at all which meant we were able to spread out and relax and talk loudly without being pressured to leave or get stared at. It's a bit pricier than I remembered but I like the consistency - similar to McDonald's, I know exactly what I'll be getting. read more

We have always loved the food at this place. It was fresh and of a gourmet caliber. We hadn't been there in awhile, like maybe a year, but ate there yesterday 10/13/25. The food was nothing like it used to be. It was more like a cheap Chinese buffet. I complained about the chicken in my lo mein dish because it was like pop corn chicken bits and dry. The waiter said it was probably because they tossed it in the wok. I asked him if there is a new chef and he said yes for the last 8 months. There was a lot of scraping and banging sounds coming from the kitchen too. We won't go back. The place is now a cheap food restaurant. read more

We spent $105 dollars on dinner and received the wrong food upon pickup but didn't note the error until arrived at home to unpack our bag. The restaurant is about 25 minutes away and it's peak dinner time and heavy traffic so going back is not going to happen. We received the six egg rolls we ordered and our sweet and sour chicken (with the wrong side - white rice instead of the lo mien noodles for an upcharge), but recieved broccoli chicken and fried rice with a pathetic amount of beef, chicken and shrimp. Our orders of the orange chicken bowl with lo mien (for another upcharge) and spicy chicken with white rice wasn't given to us. Had second thoughts about ordering from a chain restaurant and should have followed through on those second thoughts. Avoid this restaurant for takeout or be sure to closely scrutinize what they give you upon pickup. read more

I have had many fine meals here over the years this establishment has been opened, but the last one for my two guests was a disaster. They both ate shrimp seafood dishes, and both were sick that night and through the wee hours of the morning. Thankfully, I had my usual spicy chicken with no issue.
