I'm sad to give this review because the food is really good but there was a really RUDE girl who took our order and almost made us leave. We're just visiting from out of state and this girl was rolling her eyes and acting as if I was dumb. As she was taking my order, she walked away mid way through as I was talking and when she returned she started laughing at me and making fun of me with her friend who was behind me. The food was great and the other guy was kind but whoever thy girl is, she needs to be taught some manners and she should definitely not work with customers. That said, their egg rolls & crab Rangoon are on point. The chicken with garlic sauce is bomb! It's flavorful and has just the right amount of spice to it. The rice is well made and the vegetables are prepared perfectly with the right amount of crunch and not soggy. If that girl was not there I would have given it five stars and to be honest she was so rude I should have given it one star but the food was really good so I'm trying to be fair and objective. read more

The customer service here is amazing! My The customer service here is amazing! My husband and I ordered takeout, and everything is made fresh to order. The lovely lady who took our order was so kind and even suggested we try their lunch specials, such a great recommendation! My husband got the sesame chicken with pork fried rice, and I ordered the Hunan chicken (extra spicy!) with pork fried rice. Both came with a spring roll that was packed with flavor. The food was so hot and freshly cooked that we had to wait at least five minutes after getting home just to let it cool before digging in! Look at the presentation of this sesame chicken combo, they clearly care about the food they make and take time to package it nicely for you. I've tried so many Chinese restaurants ni Naples, but this cooking ranks close to what I was used to in Boston. They had the best duck, but took it off the menu probably because it's a difficult dish to prepare just right. Portions are large. Have ordered Jasmine several times throughout the years. Always good. No complaints. Tonight, however, was terrible. Shrimp Pad Thai - which should be bursting with hints of ginger and peanut - had zero flavor. Dry with no sauce. Completely inedible. We threw it in the trash. Pork Lo Mein had very little pork - and very salty. Donuts were so dry we couldn't eat them. And even our favorite Crab Rangoon was not as good as usual - very sweet for some reason. And to top it off, we had to wait an hour for the order. I never complain about restaurants but this was bad. And cost almost $50!! read more

I work at the school district, and order from Jasmine's every Friday for staff lunch. It comes fresh, hot, and delicious every single time making all of my colleagues even crave for it outside of school. So this place is like your average chinese eating joint. Same food, same menu, nothing different. Good place if you want something quick to eat, because they are quite quick when you ordering for pick up. Not so wuick with delivery though. Ordered once while I was at work and I hadn't ate all day so I ordered 2 hours before my shifted ended. Didn't get it delivered until 15 mins before clocking out. A big no no for me. A total disappointment! Being a general tso's chicken fan, I figured I'd try general Tso's SHRIMP for the first time. After trying it, I'm sure it will be the last!
