We ordered it online and picked it up, so we didn't see them make it. I wonder if it was pre-cooked in order to make it faster to prepare. To add to our disappointment, they neglected to include rice in the bag. We didn't notice this until we got home, so we made some microwave rice and had dinner. I used to eat their food often, and it was never like this, but I always went in to order it and watched while they prepared it. We were always satisfied with the quality, and taste of Super Wok dishes. We always order Sesame Chicken, and steamed dumplings. However, today we were really upset, because the sesame chicken was drenched with a very oily orange sauce, over small flat pieces of chicken, there was so much sauce added to this dish, it clung to the top of the container and was dripping over the sides. I've had Super Wok a few times in the past and they've all been good dishes. however, this time around, my dad was really in the mood for pork chop suey and I wanted some crab rangoons and something spicy. The genersl tso chicken was my final decision after debating between that, the sesame chicken or the Singapore mei fun. My dad is sometimes hard to please with takeout food, and it's not only just Chinese food takeout but with everything. Here is our entire review of Super Wok after not going for 4 years: The chop suey was a hit- the pork slices were tender and the portions and temperature were perfect. Only comment: dad said he could've done without the overload of the onions. I tried some myself and it was absolutely delicious. The crab Rangoon's were *chefs kiss* delicious and the sauce that came with really was good. The general tso chicken was, again, a huge portion and piping hot. Some pieces were dry, or just consisted of the breading...but the majority of the pieces were juicy. I wish more sauce was put on though. I would get it again for sure though! Great service, the food was ready pretty fast, and the restaurant front area was clean and organized well. It was pretty hot though and there was no air conditioning/air so I wouldn't recommend dining- in during a hot day. Nice location off airport rd in strip mall around the bend from Publix off Vanderbilt The place is clean, has tables and chairs (that actually match and are not beaten up) but very small dining area. Bravo to the Yelper that said they were fast. They are definitely the fastest around. No kidding. Ma Po tofu has no meat, fine with me. White rice is decent. All else was nothing bad or specially good. Just a good place to stop for a quick chinese fix. Still prefer Chinatown down at Pine Ridge but too lazy on a rainy day to drive there. read more

First time here. Take out only. Wonton soup tasty with very good Wontons. Eggroll also good. Beef and Broccoli with fried rice ,again no complaints. All in all, i would order from here again. I took off 1 star because the waiting area should be cleaner and more inviting. The plexiglass that keeps you seperate from the employees is dirty and the hinges are rusting. Called them to either deduct from bill or give me something else vegetarian. Their response was that I ordered the PORK dumplings and I was stuck they would do nothing. What customer service. We ended up getting this place for dinner on Christmas day. Our original plan was to get Chinese carry out at another place called Golden Leaf. I called in an order and the guy very abruptly took the order and told me 45 minutes. I found that to be an unusual amount of time for chinese take-out, but it was christmas day so I figured, what the hell it's probably just busy. I arrived at Golden Leaf about half an hour later, and there was a line out the door of probably 20-30 angry customers. I asked one of the guys near the back if he was in line & he said no & he had called in a carry out order 2 HOURS AGO & it still wasn't ready. I tried to get to the front of the line, but after about 20 minutes I gave up. I decided to go back to my car and call them to cancel the order. I called probably 5 times but no one answered and the voicemail was full. Finally, I said enough is enough and cut bait with Golden Leaf. I'm not sure what happened there, but whatever it was, it was a complete shitshow. Enter Super Wok. It was also on my bookmarks, so I figured let's give them a try. I made my order over the phone and 15 minutes later I had my food. Thank goodness, all the food was delicious and on point here! The general tsos was spicy and delicious. The boneless spare ribs were uniquely flavored, but quiet tasty as well. The lo-mein was great, the fried dumplings were perfect, and the homemade spicy mustard and egg roll was fantastic. The spicy mustard was plenty hot and had a unique almost sweet finish to it. Really good. After the debacle earlier in the night, we were so pleased to have landed at this place. The food was great, the service was quick, and it was all very reasonably priced. However their chicken is always chewy, brown meat, and their dishes are extremely sub-par consistently. I had to finally ask the guy "what do people actually order here that tastes good" He responded "chicken with broccoli" Its seriously the only average dish they serve. Oh and do not make the mistake of ordering orange chicken for their lunch special, because they don't have it. And if you tell them you want it, they charge you 13$ for the orange chicken, white rice and a drink. I would advise everyone to go to pei wei across the street, its the same price and they actually serve white meat chicken. Seriously, after giving them 15 chances and ordering different dishes to try to find what they are actually good at, ive given up.
