    Hunan chicken

A recent lunch here, convinced me that we waited too long to try this restaurant. The food is served in generous portions, but it's not the quantity, it's the quality that makes this restaurant stand out. Finding good Chinese food can be a challenge, but China Garden offers a varied menu and the food is delicious. I tried the Hunan chicken, hubs went for the broccoli beef, we were both pleased with the way our food was prepared. Plenty of fresh veggies with generous amounts of protein and seasoned just right, the egg rolls were also good. We were served promptly and the restaurant was clean with a friendly staff. All this and lunch was around twenty dollars. Another great find for reasonably priced meals in expensive Naples. This restaurant knows how to prepare Chinese food.

You can see I had to add salt to Chinese food, which is rare.

Egg foo young was not good.. Wasn't gravy. Fried rice had no flavor. Had to even add salt to the rice.. you're not supposed to do that for Chinese food

The Food was very good. Soup, fried rice. Takeout. Far drive, so we won't be regulars.

Food is awful. Taste like frozen food put ins microwave. Tasteless mushy. I can't seem to find decent Asian food anywhere in Naples. To bad.

The menu leans Cantonese, and the more traditional dishes are generally the strongest. While the kitchen still caters somewhat to Western tastes, diners willing to venture beyond the standard takeout favorites will find several authentic offerings worth trying. If you're looking for a whole steamed fish or other specialty dishes, be sure to call ahead, as not everything is available on short notice. The service is friendly and attentive, and the staff has always been welcoming. Is it exactly like dining in Hong Kong or Guangzhou? Not quite. But for Southwest Florida, it's a solid choice when you're craving authentic Cantonese flavors and a break from the usual Americanized Chinese fare. Rating: 4/5 A reliable spot for traditional Cantonese dishes in a town where good Chinese food can be hard to find.

It was served within 5-7 minutes with white rice and an extra bowl of sauce. It was the best Pepper Steak I've eaten in more than 20 years. It was so flavorful, a hint on garlic and a bit of sweetness along with savory. The onions were just beginning to carmelize, the peppers were still crisp but starting to soften. The beef was tender and not chewy. Everything was hot and they continued to check on us to make sure we were happy with our meal. I can't say enough about a great experience and perfect food!

One of our neighbors used to live in the area and recommended anything in Tin City for lunch. We walked to Tin City from the free parking structure just off 5th Avenue and, while we found the area mildly interesting, we didn't like any of the typical joints along the water. Besides, having eaten at Dockside in Venice the day prior, we were looking for something other than seafood. In looking at Yelp, we were intrigued by Ichi Togarishi so we walked back towards 5th Avenue. Located just off 5th Avenue, this small place would be quite easy to miss. Upon entering, we realized how snug this place was. We were seated promptly and presented the menu. My wife ordered the Chicken Veggie Shoyu Soy Ginger and I had the Chashu Belly Garlic Noodle. We both liked our dishes, with complex, bold flavors. The Chashu belly was tender with sweetness and soy flavor shining thru. Its flavor profile reminded me of Pad Thai. A very nice find in Naples!

There was one I frequented often but it has gone downhill and I stopped ordering from their establishment. This is definitely New York Chinese food so if you're trying to go healthy, this would not be your cup of tea. The general tso's chicken was was crispy and covered with a delicious sauce. The chicken was tender. I'd have a hard time not ordering this every time I order from the restaurant. The beef lo mein had big pieces of tender beef. I ordered it spicy and it was not spicy so next time I would ask for extra spicy. It was lacking a bit in flavor so I added the duck sauce and mustard sauce and it was a game changer. The sweet and sour soup is very good! The wonton soup has no flavor so I don't recommend it. The portions are huge and my food was delivered in about 45 minutes.
