My parents took us to this spot for dinner while we were visiting the area. We ordered at the counter and they brought out the food. After we were done they brought the bill to our table, so it was a bit of a weird counter/table service model. We ordered a bunch of food but my favorites were the twice-cooked chicken and Mongolian beef. We also got shrimp with vegetables, crab Rangoon, sweet and sour shrimp, and Dan Dan noodles. The total before tip was about $90. The twice cooked chicken was a large portion that came with steamed white rice. The chicken was tender and plentiful, and I liked the veggies - zucchini, mushrooms, carrots, etc. It was pretty salty, but mixed with the rice it wasn't too bad. I was excited for the Dan Dan noodles as it's a favorite dish. This version was a little different than others I've had, but still good, and the leftovers were great. We had a bunch of food left over and it reheated well. I liked this spot and would go back again. The vibe inside is a little sparse but we sat outside. This is General Tso chicken. It is by far the worst looking and tasting meal I've ever had from an Asian restaurant. Over cooked, over spiced. One bite was too much. The restaurant even charged extra for rice. No other Asian restaurant does that. read more

The Shrimp with Fresh Vegetables had a great flavor and a large variety of veggies each cooked to perfection. Dish was list as 'spicy', I made a note to make 'extra spicy' and asked for 'hot oil' just in case, I added hot oil and still found it bland. General Tso's Chicken had lots of chicken and maybe five pieces of broccoli. Chicken had no crunch, rathe it was mushy and sweet. Egg rolls continued a lot of 'roll' and little in the way of filling. We are staying on Marco Island and had tried the one fast asian place here, it was ok, so we checked yelp and found this place. It's 10 minutes away. We ordered to go through yelp, no issues there. We had crab Rangoon and spring rolls for an appetizer. We liked the crab Rangoon a lot and found the spring Rolls to be decent. We tried the Dan Dan noodles, they were good, but very peanutty. We had Mongolian beef which was excellent and twice cooked chicken which was very good. All the dishes are fresh and made to order, no steam tables. The two employees were wearing masks and the place was spotlessly clean. Another nice touch, we put our arrival time in the notes and our order was ready just as we arrived. Additionally all of the to go containers were wrapped in cling wrap to keep them hot and to prevent spills. Overall a great meal from a small place. New Asian place to try. Very clean inside. Food was good and I will probably frequent since I live nearby. Couple of issues I placed an online order and after 15min went to pick up and he never even checked to see the order sent. He asked for 10 minutes and it turned out to be 25 minutes. I was only one in the restaurant at the time and while waiting my 10 minutes, 4 other separate parties came in and 3 out 4 were sent away with their food which they ordered when they came in before my food even came out. I finally got my food and was halfway to my car when they came running out to tell me they forgot to give my tofu. She apologized and said there were too many people and they were too busy. Two stars because the food is typically really good. We ordered General Tsos, vegetable Lo-mein, white rice & egg rolls for pick up. I was told 10-15 min wait, but took over a half hour. I get home & realized they forgot to pack my egg rolls so I call them & she said; give me 5 minutes. I gave her about 10 minutes & she prints my receipt WHEN I GET THERE and tells the cook that he forgot them. She finally then throws the egg rolls in to be cooked. I understand mistakes happen, but an apology would have helped, cooking the egg rolls right away would have helped as well. I always get the beef pepper steak and they have always been spot on. Some Chinese places, anytime you gets beef dish, the beef is tough and almost slimy. Not here...always cooked perfect and tender. Had the same experience as Anne. I also love salt and couldn't eat my food with how salty it was. Ended up throwing the entire thing out. Everything seems fresh but not that tasty (except for salt).
