Ricotta pie

Popped in today to check out the hype. They weren't taking phone calls at 4pm so we went in person to order the ricotta pie and the arancini. The pie had a nice crust and the arancini were amazing. I can see that they are going to do very well-the lines will be around the corner. Too bad their seating is extremely limited. A nice addition to Red Bank.

A very delicious addition to Monmouth Street!! John & his wife (so kind) brought Pollara over from Cali and make a a mean slice. It has a cool black & white vibe here. We had the escarole salad, fresh light and yummy. I had the ricotta slice and my hub had the piccante. Both so delicious and we'll def be back!

Bangin' - the pepperoni blew me away. Pricey, but it's very worth it if you want to enjoy your meal and impress the Staten Island gavones. Crust is outstanding too. Wouldn't mind a rethink on the indoor dining layout as the experience of getting in line and getting food is still pretty hectic. Again, worth it.

Ricotta Pizza

Ordered a few pies because there was a lot of hype around this place. I went with a salad because I am gluten free and they do not have GF pizza crust. I ordered the only salad on the menu (for $16) and this is what I got. This is also a picture AFTER I put the dressing on. It was literally 7 pieces of WHOLE escarole, not cut up at all, with one small sprinkle of parm. Incredibly disappointing for $16. The pizza was good (according to my family) but apparently nothing worth traveling a distance for.

Outstanding pizza. Crust has a sourdough flavor. Crispy. Very little seating. I would definitely recommend.

Best pizza in Red Bank but way out of line expensive. Probably will not go back. Very busy. My business won't be missed.

This is my favorite pizza place in the area. Love the Tony Sausage (spicy!) and the classic…read moreMargherita. The crust is thin and chewy and a little smoky and the toppings are always fresh. The coal fired wings with Gorgonzola sauce are also great. Would I give this place 5 stars if it was located in NYC? Probably not. For the Middletown area, though, it's the best.

First time here, I've driven passed it countless times without realizing that it was a small pizza…read morerestaurant tucked in the corner of a very small strip mall. Today my daughter wanted pizza. She's been away at school and said that good pizza is nonexistent in Florida, unless it's a chain like Dominos. So we searched and we found this small and clean place with good reviews and our very nice wait staff named Veronica. We had a quick lunch which consisted of a large margarita pie with vodka sauce. We also ordered triangle shaped fried mozzarella. The breading on the mozzarella as well as the sauce was very good. My daughter loved the pizza but I can't say I was a big fan of the vodka sauce. It was my first time having it. I prefer the margarita with tomato sauce and I think that's what I will order the next time that I visit again. I did love that the pie was thin crust, but it arrived a bit burnt. I'll have to request that my pie not arrive burnt. I will be returning to try other items.
