They give honest, upfront estimates of what needs to be repaired before they do any work your vehicle, which is at a far better price than most dealerships or other auto repair businesses offer. Bruce, and his team have extensive experience with all makes of Honda and Toyota vehicles. As an ASE Master Certified Technician specializing in Honda products, he strongly recommends using authentic auto parts from these two trusted brands, and not generic, third-party manufacturers. Likewise, I've had my Civic tuned up and it runs like a champ, at less than half the price quoted by three other auto shops in the Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti area. No matter what the make or model of vehicle you own, be it domestic or foreign, Bruce and his team of dedicated mechanics will repair it no matter what the problem is. The only kind of service he doesn't provide are front-end alignments. However, this may change in the future.

And then fixed my front light housing that the kids dealership was going to charge $750 to replace. I didn't even have to replace it! You don't find good mechanics often, I did. So I paid nearly $7000 to have half the components on my engine that they SWAPPED OVER from the last engine, go out. in the pictures your looking at my receipt for the engine shop, some of the half butt work they've done, breaking multiple clips and just zip tie them to the engine which ended up causing a misfire because the ignition coil was fkn zip tied down. AND a picture of my engine now that i have to replace HALF OF IT AT 70k MILES. ABSOLUTE BUMS

Not sure what world they live in, but that is not acceptable customer service. As it turned out, I took my truck to Szott Dodge and they put it on the lift and diagnosed it for no charge. That's how you treat customers not trying to rip them off.
