The truck was in the shop for nearly 2 months, 3 days after purchasing it!!! Lesson learned for us, however BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SCAM BUSINESS. The best part about my buying experience were the sales people. Rachel K and Dave F. They actually made the buying process enjoyable. I drove from Milford to Garden City for my purchase. The car needed shocks in the back and brake shoes in the back, rotors in the front and brake pads in the front. I showed paperwork from Sears to Tim and he said that they were lying nothing was needed. I insisted on having the work done to complete the sale so Tim agreed to do the work. I even went as far as to pay for the shocks in the front so everything would be new. 3 weeks after I drove the car off the lot I hear something dragging in the back of the car, the brake shoes had fallen completely apart. When I took the car back to Sears to have the brake system rechecked, I found out that the brake shoe had fallen apart and had never been replaced/repaired. Also, the rotors had not been replaced but in order to trick me, pads had been put on the old rotors. When I called Tim he never called me back or came to the phone after several attempts. I had the work done and it cost me $400. A week after I fixed the brakes, the starter went out on the car which was another $250. I don't know what else will go wrong on this car but now it seems to be leaking oil. I am never going to buy a car from Wayne Motor Sales EVER. I am now seeking advice from my lawyer on how to proceed. DO NOT TRUST TIM, WAYNE MOTOR SALES OR ANYONE AT THIS LOT.

She can't even charge her phone because none of the outlets work, she needs a control arm, struts, and it leaks oil. She took the car back and they told her she bought the car as is! They sold her a $ 7000 dollar LEMON and they know it. This place is a straight up rip off. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would not buy anything from this place not even gas it wouldn't surprise me if they put water in there gas. This has to be one of the worst business in Michigan. When we returned the next day to pick up the car he boasted about how it was expertly detailed and looked great. But in reality it didn't look like it was touched at all. Almost the entire car was dirty, such as the cup holders, center console, door pocket. Not only were the fine details not cleaned. The floor was never even vacuumed instead they tried to hide that with the floor mats. It wasn't only dirt and hair, human biological matter such as dead skin and anything else covered the steering wheel and center console. The car was filthy and full of dog hair. I have attached photos of the disgusting detail job. I paid around $300 to have it detailed by LCB detail service who did a fantastic job and they offered to compensate me but only for $100 and refused to pay more than that, which was offered by the GM himself. I had asked if they could go up to $200 and they refused. Will never purchase from here again and I would recommend you don't either. Bad establishment with a bad attitude.
