After the purchase, I had to delay receiving the car a few weeks and Vince held it for me no problem - no charge. There were also a few boxes of parts and documentation that came with it that Vince made sure I received. I'm in SoCal (2400 miles away) and used the 3rd party inspector/appraiser he recommended. Marty was great. The 200+ photos and 3-4 videos in his report told me everything about the car. Vince got permission from the seller to remove the front kick panels so Marty could inspect/document the birdcage (as much as possible), which if you're buying one of these, is a critical step in determining the cars condition. The car is far from show quality and has a few issues, but after having it and going through it for 2-weeks, there haven't been any surprises. It's actually a little better than I expected. Marty's appraisal gave me negotiating confidence and saved me thousands off the asking price. At the end of the day, I feel I paid the fair market price and learned these things aren't necessarily worth what they're asking, but I don't blame them for aiming high either. If you're not in the business, do yourself a favor and have it appraised by a professional. I saved a lot more than it cost for the initial report and appraisal. I also used the transporter Vince recommended. Fuel prices are up, so that cost a bit more than anticipated. Matt was very easy to work with. A couple of phone conversations and text messages and the car arrived in an enclosed carrier on schedule in perfect condition along with the parts. The driver took the balance of payment via Zelle, so nothing shady there. This was my 1st experience purchasing a vehicle on-line and I would have no problem doing this again with Vince and everybody else involved. If you're considering doing this, all I'll say is, don't try to save $$$ by short cutting on the due diligence.

So I mentioned to the salesman Josh Burger that it should be detailed again and properly, quite frankly it was disgusting. When we returned the next day to pick up the car he boasted about how it was expertly detailed and looked great. But in reality it didn't look like it was touched at all. Almost the entire car was dirty, such as the cup holders, center console, door pocket. Not only were the fine details not cleaned. The floor was never even vacuumed instead they tried to hide that with the floor mats. It wasn't only dirt and hair, human biological matter such as dead skin and anything else covered the steering wheel and center console. The car was filthy and full of dog hair. I have attached photos of the disgusting detail job. I paid around $300 to have it detailed by LCB detail service who did a fantastic job and they offered to compensate me but only for $100 and refused to pay more than that, which was offered by the GM himself. I had asked if they could go up to $200 and they refused. Will never purchase from here again and I would recommend you don't either. Bad establishment with a bad attitude.

I found the car I wanted on a national website and went to test drive it the same day. I bought the car. Lori even drove the car back to my house for me since I had my other car. The car I bought was already on sale but I thought I would negotiate and ask for a lower price. They meet me halfway on the price since it had only been there a few days. I was satisfied! Lori was great. She is friendly and personal. I did have a problem with the car the first weekend. I called Lori. She scheduled a service appointment. I went to the service department where I was met with people that didn't look to happy about their day or job. They sent me to the Chevy dealer down the street since they didn't have the equipment to diagnose the problem. The other dealership was great and it was only a minor spark plug and coil replacement and I was on my way. All in all my experience was good but I question if it would be good if I had to get routine maintenance in the service department every few months.
