Classics and Beyond is the best car broker around in Michigan! For buyer, or seller - in my family's experience. They alleviate the complications of the selling experience from you. BUYER BEWARE! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WORD. Dishonorable! IMO Bought 1974 corvette. I live in CA & they are in MI. Before my purchase I asked for a video of everything that works & does not work. I received a E-mail & video both stating that the heater & AC are in working order. Actually said works great in Email and video. I believed them & purchased & shipped car to CA. Once arrived the AC was stripped from the car, the heater, drier, expansion tank everything was cut & bypassed so ZERO chance they worked. Classics & beyond said sorry they screwed up. But no warranty! This is fraud issue not warranty issue! IMO The parts did not fail! They are GONE! You said they WORKED! I gave them almost 2 weeks to get back to me Then they stopped returning calls, basically said screw you, too bad so sad. Complete scum bags IMO. Repairs over $3,200 & I only asked for $1,800. I Will be filling a fraud lawsuit for full amount of repair. Does that sound like a honorable dealership? Here's an honest review for Classics and Beyond for everyone out there thinking about doing business with them. They seem to enjoy replying to these reviews to make things sound like they aren't in the wrong and everything is another persons fault except their own...so no matter what they say, this is honest and upfront review. DO NOT do business with this place. Once they get paid, they don't care. They will send you videos and pictures but will not highlight all the issues, then when you get the car and call them out on it they will talk in circles, won't own their mistakes, not make it right and point the finger. They're shady, provide very minimal communication, are rude and have zero integrity...ESPECIALLY after they're paid. I was told my vehicle was a "worry free car" and when I asked for the issues with the car, they said "the only thing wrong with it is the leather seats need to be re-conditioned." The videos and photos conveniently avoided all the issues. When I got the car, there were multiple scratches, chips in the paint, dents, major rust issues underneath, window switch doesn't work, broken interior pieces(that are impossible to find), and the seats are torn(need to be completely redone...not "reconditioned"). They will talk the car up on the phone and in the videos like it's perfect because all they care about is getting their money...then it's not their problem. Their argument was this all could have happened during transport, but the transporter showed me pictures during pickup and everything was clearly there prior. I understand an old car will have issues, but these guys aren't up front about it with their customers and my offer would have been different because of all the money that will be needed to make it look like they described. I got a quote for repairs and asked that they pay the deductible, which is more than fair in my eyes considering rust, paint, body repairs and interior pieces will cost a fortune. When I brought this solution up to them, their response was "we will not cover this, to be clear(because again, they got paid and don't care)." Zero integrity and they take zero responsibility and they're not a good company to do business with. I'm 36 year old Navy veteran and this has been by far the worst experience i've ever had with any company and i've never been disrespected in this way before. Stay away no matter how cool their cars look in videos or how much they talk it up and go with another dealership that is honest and takes care of their customers and makes things right when they're wrong. read more
