Rite Track refused to acknowledge that they sold us a POS truck, that they had to have known was bad. Our mechanic said that the codes were cleared out. We have photos of the burnt-out spark plugs and burned pistons. They have refused to offer us a dime towards the replacement engine. The truck was in the shop for nearly 2 months, 3 days after purchasing it!!! Lesson learned for us, however BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SCAM BUSINESS. And they have been reported to the Attorney General's office and every other place that I can report them to.

They gave me a list of 12+ pricing options. Purchase and leasing. As it turned out, their pricing was better than the other dealers I had been to. The best part about my buying experience were the sales people. Rachel K and Dave F. They actually made the buying process enjoyable. I drove from Milford to Garden City for my purchase. Knowing there are multiple dealerships in between. Rachel made the experience worth the trip. If shopping for a car, I would recommend giving Gordon Chevrolet an opportunity to impress.

They sold her a $ 7000 dollar LEMON and they know it. This place is a straight up rip off. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm not sure how Shorty can sleep at night. Knowing that he's putting baby's life's in danger, by selling a vehicle that he knows is bad, all for the almighty sale.
