When I first reviewed this place in February of this year, we thought it was a timing issue. WRONG. We ended up having to replace the entire ENGINE at a cost of over $7000.00. Rite Track refused to acknowledge that they sold us a POS truck, that they had to have known was bad. Our mechanic said that the codes were cleared out. We have photos of the burnt-out spark plugs and burned pistons. They have refused to offer us a dime towards the replacement engine. The truck was in the shop for nearly 2 months, 3 days after purchasing it!!! Lesson learned for us, however BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SCAM BUSINESS. And they have been reported to the Attorney General's office and every other place that I can report them to. read more

They sold me a car under the claim that it had no accidents, yet the vehicle has visible dents, scratches, and is already having mechanical issues--just days after purchase! Clearly, they either failed to inspect the car properly or deliberately misled me with a flawed Carfax report. To make matters worse, their customer service is beyond unprofessional. So the financing part of the transaction was great no issues what so ever! So let's get to the meat and potatoes of this review...got the truck I don't realize the gas gage isn't working. I have to immediately get on the road out of town .. I drive for a living so in the 1st month and a half I put close to 4,000 miles on the vehicle. With that being said here's what goes wrong in that period of time...Transmission needs to be rebuilt, Transmission lines are leaking, it's leaking oil,the rear suspension is bad ,the temperature gage is bad, the fuel pump is bad, and the left tone arm is bad. So I hit my salesman Kal up to see what can be done, He says there's no warranty and he won't pay for the repairs because of the mileage I put on (Mind you they say the truck passed inspection) So he turns around and suggests places to take the vehicle for repairs and that he would HELP cover the cost.. so I take it to the place he suggested turns out that the vehicle needs over $5000.00 in work . I tell him and what does he do? Back track on him helping out on repairs and go on to tell me just worry about the Transmission. Let me add that he tried to say he didn't say that he would help on the repairs. Good thing I keep the receipts smh. But he basically trying to blame me because of the mileage. Purchased a 2006 NIssan Frontier 5 months ago. Bought extended warranty due age of vehicle. Truck BB higher had some rust. But ran well for 1 week. Stalled in first three days engines light came on. Son first purchase so I had him take truck back up to have looked a, told him gas cap was tightened and turned the check engine light off. 3 weeks later light still off truck broke down... had towed to local dealership... and catalytic converter. Completely clogged... and warranty of course wouldn't touch it. So had it repaired out of pocket. Truck ran for another 6 weeks and has broke down yet again, but this time now the dealership states it is engine, but the expensive 2k warranty I purchased with vehicle will only cover the repair of the engine is completely torn down.. a 9-10 hour job more than likely and if they feel it is operator negligence they cover nothing at all. And the cost of the year down is on me. Yet we have only driven the truck for 3 months out of 4 out of 5 months total as it took time for the first repair to get completed. Let's not negate the fact that after I helped son finance the car and gave a hefty down payment as the customer service was absolute Shit!! From the rude and unprofessional behavior of the finance person, to the salesman. Because I requested papers they forgot to have signed at purchase overnighted due to a distance and work issue. I drove by Rite Track Auto one day and noticed a beautiful 2003 lincoln towncar Cartier on the lot. I later went to their website to find out the price. The price was well within my budget. When I went to test drive the car I was treated very well by Billy the sales rep. I test drove the car and basically fell in love with it. I can tell that it was very well kept because it was clean inside and out. I checked the oil after I bought It and it looked like someone had just changed it. I've always considered buying a Towncar. Bought a Cadillac Escalade. They never gave us paper plates. It's been almost two weeks of "we mailed it". So we have a car that is not legal to drive because according to the Secretary of State, Rite Track dropped the ball and should have never let us drive off without in transit plates! We drove it home and surprise, it needs an oil change! Take it to get an oil change and it needs brakes and rotors ($2000 worth of work) and that doesn't even include the horn that doesn't work, the right signal that works sometimes and the navigation that doesn't work. This is literally THE worst place to buy a used vehicle. The owner and workers are scam artists. Within one week my car had to have sway bar links replaced and was leaking trans fluid. They swore they would fix windows on the car that were broken and didn't roll up and down and they failed to fix both but only one and every time I called to see when the other could be fixed they said their mechanic wasn't in touch but when I called their shady mechanic he said they never tried calling. The keys to my vehicle also had the buttons dug out. They agreed to fix it and it has been almost a month and they still are trying to say they can't find the parts even though I sent them a link to a site that could. The owner claims the bad reviews on his Facebook page are fake so I ended up contacting those people. They are very real. Go anywhere else read more
