However, after visiting there a few times, I had the most difficult experience during a pedicure. The tech cut my foot doing a callous removal. And, I am diabetic. This incident caused me to go to my podiatrist for treatment, pay for a antibiotic and bandage the area for the next week. It was superficial per the medical doc however, painful. It is most unfortunate, because they are pleasant enough, but, more careful attention to detail is needed. I will not be going back.

The manager came running outside calling me, ma'am, ma'am, there's a fee for a repair. I asked how was I going to be charged for something that was clearly the techs fault. she's doing something wrong with her application or something. I've been growing my nails for 6 years and have never had these issues. she then informed me that they have policy that you have to get a fill every two weeks or they're not responsible. Who does that??? I've never gotten my nails done that frequently. Long story made short I was charged $12 for something that wasn't my fault and even the repair needs to be repaired. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!! Not to mention that I hardly ever spend under $100 for my nails and I ALWAYS tip above and beyond! Customer service is key and once you loose that with me, you've lost me.... nice place but customer service overall has gone down the drain, unfortunately. I had remembered after leaving my appointment and thought I would remind them at my next visit. However, when I returned and mentioned it, the owner stated "we don't back date", and "it's not fair to other customers". What does that even mean? They can clearly see in the computer when my previous appointments were and check the stamped dates on my card before honoring. Perhaps this wouldn't have happened in the first place, if I was asked when paying if I had a loyalty card! However, if they don't ask they won't have to honor it... My normal spot is closed on Sundays ( I didn't know I usually go during the week). So I read some reviews and by the time I was on my 4th salon, I finally found one that was open. I called soon after they opened, told them I needed a mani, pedi- for my wedding. Told the guy working on my pedicure a few times it was for my wedding. Let's start with the good. They have TONS of colors. Although not all of the colors are sampled.. so you really have to go with the color on the bottle and hope that's the actual color you want. Also I was offered a drink (water, soda, or wine) I choose wine, which was a sweet white. Now for the bad. My appointment started about 15 mins late, slightly annoying but not that big of a deal. The water started an ok temperature but I was left sitting for so long it was cold by the time my pedicure got started. Then the guy literally scrubbed my skin right off.. on the side of my foot where I don't have ANYtype of callus (see picture) he also did that to the bottle of one of my toes. Then there is a toe that isn't glossy and looks faded. So we move up to get my nails done. I really wish I had a picture of what he originally did. I showed him a picture and said I wanted my nails to look exactly like the picture. Size, shape, color.. everything. So he starts to shape my nails.. now mind you I have very short natural nails.. and none are really the same length. So he's shaping them and I remind him that I want them to look just like the picture. The length too. Then he said "oh that needs tip" I said that's fine. Then he got up walked to another nail tech and then they both turn to me. The other ones waves me over.. so I get up and go to his station. I show him my picture and he says " oh I thought you wanted a manicure". I said I guess I didn't know what it was called but that I wanted my nails to look just like the picture. Then he did my nails in like 15 mins. The sloppiest I've ever gotten them done. They are a consistent shape, they are alllll too long and much longer then the image and not the same color I showed- these have like a hot pink hue I wanted like a baby blue (see image) At this point I had been at the nail salon for over 2 hours and really wasn't happy with any of the work. Then I found out that my total was $150. Never got a breakdown. Oh and did I mention they also made me bleed in 3 places of my cuticles. I can't believe these will be the nails I have for my wedding. I can only hope I save someone else from spending their money here.
