The owner loaned to me a space heater until the job was complete. I only have one request from the company to use drop cloths as not to make a mess on their future projects. The owner, Chris was in touch with me from beginning to end of the project. I appreciated that very much. The two technicians that came over to the house were very polite and helpful. Will I continue doing business with this company? Of course I will and I think you could too. I would like to keep a good relationship with this company.

When you contact any skilled tradesperson what do you expect? When I started looking for a HVAC…read moreperson I read several reviews. Then I contacted three companies to get estimates for my work. Out of the three, one never got back to me at all. One took a few days to answer and two more weeks to visit. The third, Joshua at Year Round Heating and Cooling, not only was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry but also took time to answer my over a dozen emailed questions in a very timely manner, even on weekends. When you find someone with this kind of work ethic, responsiveness, and quality work at a reasonable price, you not recommend him to family and friends but you make sure he becomes the person you call for your HVAC needs. Definitely a five star person.

Shawn has done several jobs for us and was very knowledgeable and did a great job. The first job…read morehe did for us was to fix the job of another plumber who installed a new tankless water heater. The hot water didn't even last a minute. The guy said how much time do you need to take a shower? Duh, longer than 30 seconds. Shawn added the pipes, tubes, and other things needed for it to work right which the first guy didn't do. He did quite a lot of work but he charged very little. My husband and I wished we knew about Peabody Plumbing & Heating before we hired the first guy, who wasn't cheap and botched the job on top of it. The second time Shawn replaced our kitchen faucet and did a great job, fast and efficient. Shawn is trustworthy and reasonably priced. Thanks Shawn!

I reached out to Dreyer Plumbing to investigate a leak that was causing water damage in the kitchen…read moreceiling from the upstairs bathroom. I was explained the cost structure ($150 for anything less than an hour) and everything in advance when booking the appointment, which was good. The technicians (who were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional) came over to assess the situation and agreed that the leak was coming from the bathroom. They also cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling to assess the extent of the water damage and confirmed the general area where the water was coming from. They were able to confirm this, but were not able to perform any repairs or further assessment of the problem and told me to contact the company again to get a quote for replacing/updating the faulty shower, which I did. That was over two weeks ago. Since then, I've followed up twice to see what the quote would be for the work and have received nothing. I essentially paid $175 to be told something I already knew and have a hole cut in my ceiling which can't get repaired until the leak is fixed which they seem to have no interest in doing.
