march 28, 2026 -- buyer beware!!! alpine heat pumps does not stand behind the products they sell…read more 18 months after purchase, major components failure of the compressor and inverter pcb board. best they could do was, we could get out there in maybe 2 weeks, why don't you try calling.....maybe they can help. alpine's representative had the nerve after it was diagnosed by another company as a known c464 failure problem with samsung to say, "well every now and then you get a bad one, but the parts are covered!" 18 months and a major failure, and we're supposed to come up with another $1,500 to $2,000 for labor and freon. so, they don't service what they sell, moreover, don't stand behind the product they recommended. not to mention that as part of mass save had to have our furnace disconnected and we are stll without heat (april 7) in half the house...tonights low expected to be 25 degrees! going on a week and half of 50% heat, not expected to maybe be repaired on the 14th. they were responsive in taking my $28,000 for the system, and now they will not respond! poor customer service! they take your money and move on! shop elsewhere, and go with company that actually services what they sell and stands behind the products they sell. oh, and they no longer sell samsung....no suprise. only 1 star, because can't give zero.

The owner loaned to me a space heater until the job was complete. I only have one request from the company to use drop cloths as not to make a mess on their future projects. My gas heat stopped working at my home. I put in a request here at bbb.org and Tom was quick to…read morerespond. I called him yesterday and he was able to schedule an appointment 9:30 AM the next day. He was at the house promptly at 9:30 AM and figured out that the transformer on the boiler was dead. The heater is over 20 years old but it works and rather than say I needed to replace the whole unit he said I just needed to replace the transformer. He had one in the truck along with an expansion tank because he noticed that the existing one I had needed to be replaced as well. The whole fix took about 1.5 hours. He was friendly and a great guy to talk to, I learned a thing or two about the unit I had installed and that goes a long way to helping me maintain it. I put his card in my file and I will definitely be using him in the future if I need any other work done. It's a 65 year old house so I'm sure that will be sooner than later.

She was very clear in her explanations. After a week we had not heard back, I contacted Noonan and got a different woman, who was very rude and gruff right from the get go, "we don't normally do service calls in the fall" was her first response. I tried to explain my conversation with the first woman but she was clearly not interested. Said someone will contact you, "SOMEONE". Yesterday I was fishing and got a call from service, I did not answer for obvious reasons. Message was "were calling and will move you to the bottom of the list and get back?" I was called this morning at 7:30 am by the second RUDE woman, who said "are you still interested in our guys coming out to service you mini splits as it is not clear from the work order." I advised her we were when would this happen? She in a "pissy" voice said I will have them there in 30 min. I asked her about scheduding a later time as we were not prepared to have service inside our home at 7:30 without prior notice. She then said she was trying to figure out the work order that our mini splits were not working? I told her that was not the case, we just were looking for annual tune up. I feel she was extreamly unprofessional, rude and her tone to a new customer was very inconsiderate. I was trying to explain to her and she continued to speak over me.
