He serviced and replaced my gas furnace with a more efficient furnace and was willing to take the steps to go through the tedious process of obtaining a Mass save heat loan. He didn't show, I texted and he said he missed his reminder, apologized, but did not try to reschedule. I texted him again and we set up another appointment. The temperatures are in the 30s at night, but I have not turned my heat on yet while I try to find someone to repair my furnace. I'm cold, pissed, and don't understand how you stay in business when you treat customers like this.

I called Bill because of…read morehis positive reviews and he came over, disconnected it, seemed confused, went for a part, returned, and finally left, promising to return the next day. He left the radiator disconnected and even left one of his tools behind so I was sure he'd return. He never came back, and never called back, even after I called him several times and left polite messages over the course of the next week. I even let him off the hook, like "hey, no problem if you don't know how to fix this one, but can you tell me what you did so I can tell someone else?" No response. Ghosted me. Bill was a nice guy, and he did succeed in stopping the leak, in the sense that he disconnected the radiator. But I still have this problem unfixed and it's getting cold. I just had it looked at by someone from Richard's and they seemed baffled by how he left it. They said fixing it from how it is now will be "a project" - and said "he didn't leave you with much [pipe to reconnect]." This was not a good experience and I can't recommend Bill's services. I am disappointed since he had generally positive reviews and I didn't see this coming. (I will note, though, that someone else described a similar "ghosting" experience with him in one of the "not currently recommended" reviews. Wish I'd seen it before.)

Which I guess in one way is good because it's forced me, as a new homeowner, to learn more about how the plumbing works. But I recently had a problem that required more knowledge and tools than I had at my disposal, and I was under a time crunch to fix the problem (truth be told, what plumbing issues don't we need solved in a hurry?) and I made the dreaded call. But this time I did the wise thing and put out a call for help on Facebook, and three people recommended Bill. As they should have. He came out on a snow day, the same morning I called, was quick, and charged a nominal fee. The neighborhood loves him, apparently. I'm sold.

She was very clear in her explanations. After a week we had not heard back, I contacted Noonan and got a different woman, who was very rude and gruff right from the get go, "we don't normally do service calls in the fall" was her first response. I tried to explain my conversation with the first woman but she was clearly not interested. Said someone will contact you, "SOMEONE". Yesterday I was fishing and got a call from service, I did not answer for obvious reasons. Message was "were calling and will move you to the bottom of the list and get back?" I was called this morning at 7:30 am by the second RUDE woman, who said "are you still interested in our guys coming out to service you mini splits as it is not clear from the work order." I advised her we were when would this happen? She in a "pissy" voice said I will have them there in 30 min. I asked her about scheduding a later time as we were not prepared to have service inside our home at 7:30 without prior notice. She then said she was trying to figure out the work order that our mini splits were not working? I told her that was not the case, we just were looking for annual tune up. I feel she was extreamly unprofessional, rude and her tone to a new customer was very inconsiderate. I was trying to explain to her and she continued to speak over me. Once I did get a word in I told her we would just cancel. Sorry for the long review but she is a reflection of Noonan Energy, I will not be using going forward. Customer service even from the beginning is very important. Just shows me that they may not be the right company for us.
