We had what we thought was a blockage in our toilet line that was causing us a great deal of problems. We were recommended to Fletcher Sewar and Drain. They came today and the service was wonderful. They were able to tell us that there is absolutely no blockage all the way to the street. We just need to replace both toilets. We give Fletcher Sewer and Drain 5 stars!! read more

We called with a septic system emergency. While they were initially helpful and polite, they ultimately forgot about the job, and us, entirely; on Saturday night they promised they would be out the next (Sunday) morning, but neither called nor showed. When we called to ask what was going on they had no idea who we were, then blamed the situation on, 'a little mix up '. They did not apologize once, nor could they tell us when they actually would be back to fix the issue. Perhaps Fletcher is fine for routine issues, but be wary if you have an emergency. read more

Called on wed he was here first thing Friday. Very nice knowledgeable took care of clog in 15 min and price was reasonable

DJ from Fletcher in Ludlow was a life saver. On Saturday my septic backed up and I had a real mess. I made many called looking for help. Being a weekend you just leave message and hope you get a call back. Those who did call back said Monday was the earliest they could come out. DJ came out, in the dark, and solved the issue and gave me information to avoid an other problem in the future. I am so thankful for DJ from Fletcher from Ludlow. read more

We woke up to a year-end basement surprise. We called Fletcher at 9:45. At 12:45 Bernard called to let us know he was on the way. By 2pm the clog (about 45 feet in, if you're interested) was gone. Highly recommend! read more

FIRST AND LAST TIME I USE FLETCHER. Although the techs were great my issue was not resolved. After two attempts reaching out to office personel i was ignored.I was told by Dave that I would not be charged on the third visit;guess what I was put on the spot for another $60.00. Total paid was $280.00 and I have the same problem. Very dissatifield! read more

Excellent company. Patrick came out today to do some work. Great communication, highly skilled, very professional. He really went above and beyond. I'm glad I went with them and would highly recommend. read more

Tyler from Fletcher Sewer and drain took care of my drain problem and did a great clean up after he was done

Arrived on time polite and knowledgeable repair man would recommend to friends happy with service and didn't have to wait for days

Main drain backed up. They were up front and said they might not be able to come out that day but they were able to. AJ was really nice. Had things fixed quickly. Highly recommend. read more

Same day service?! Ok great. My washer drain was backing up all over my floor. Not a catastrophe (like a toilet would be), but it was irritating. They came out the same day and provided service. Unfortunately, despite the fact that we fixed it that day, it backed up the following day (a Saturday). I called back to let them know and they sent someone out again and re-fixed the problem. No additional fees. Prices were reasonable for same day service. Service technicians are friendly and nice (and dog friendly)! I'll use them again for sure! read more

Used these guys twice and they were outstanding both times. The first time for a clogged septic pipe. Not only did he clear the clog but also found a small hidden pipe leak that I was able to have a plumber repair before any damage was done. The second time was for a clogged french drain pipe. Cody was friendly and professional and managed to clear the clog within minutes. Before his arrival I thinking that I was going to have to pay thousands to have my front yard dug up. Instead my problem was solved for the cost of one hour labor. I am so glad I called Fletcher first. I highly recommend them! read more

Used Fletcher to clear sink drain clog twice (unfortunately due to narrowness of pipes in this house). Both times, able to come and fix the problem in under 24 hours notice. Great customer service, promptly cleared the clog fixing the issue. 1/2 hour on site each time to resolve. Prices fair. Thanks for getting my sink drain flowing promptly! read more

Excellent service! John came out first thing this morning. Very pleasant to work with. Knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. Give that man a raise! Fair pricing. Good work. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you! read more

I called at 1:39pm, they were very apologetic about being busy and they still got to me by 4:00pm same day! Bernard was great, very efficient and friendly. Fixed my problem right away. Left my kitchen clean. Highly recommend this outfit read more

I've used this company twice and both times the service was excellent. Recently Bernard diagnosed and rapidly resolved our seemingly horrific clog in a basement line and provided cheerful service though it was messy and after hours. read more

Well, it might be a tad expensive, but that's sort of what you expect with plumbing services. With Fletcher, though, you'll get A+ customer service from the off-hours answering service (say, if you're bathroom floods on a Sunday night, not that I know from personal experience), to the office who calls early the next day, and from the technician who comes to solve your drainage woes. Super polite, knowledgable, and prompt. I would definitely use this company again. They give you a flash drive with the recording of the camera work of your drain pipe. I called on a Sunday night, got a call back immediately, and they had it fixed before lunchtime on Monday. Honestly would be five stars but my checkbook told me to make it four. read more

I called KegCo in wilbraham to deal with a plugged drain line, they suggested fletcher drain. I called, and received service the same day. A technician was at my house for about an hour and solved the issue. They were reasonably priced, considering what plumbing work normally costs. I would use this company again. read more

Same day service? What?? I'm blown away. I had a clogged drain that could not be solved through Wikipedia...trust me two people tried. I called my very local plumber and of course they were busy for five days but recommended these guys. They gave me a heads up call, showed up (on time) and solved the problem. Apparently, my ex was stuck somewhere south in the drain. Guess he's free now. Lol. Seriously, the most respectful, skilled professionals you could ever get! Thanks guys!!! read more

PJ came to the rescue for a clogged kitchen drain just hours after I called for service. I made the mistake of trying to discard A LOT of vegy's with the garbage disposal. Fortunately, the garbage disposal handled it all, but the pipes did not. (Lesson learned...) I tried some DIY remedies, but could only get so far with those. We moved to Chicopee just months ago, so I asked a friend and lifelong Chicopee resident for a name. I'm so glad she recommended Fletcher. I would highly recommend them, too! read more

Would definitely call Fletcher again if needed. I put something I shouldn't have in the garbage disposal :( and it backed up in the basement sink. Called than the next morning, came in about 1 hour and promptly fixed the clog. Jeff was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Great service!! Didn't think price was bad given prompt and great service. read more

I called to see if someone could come out on a Sunday. Within 10 minutes of calling, the technician called and said he would be there in the afternoon. I was so impressed when he arrived and introduced himself and also shook my hand. No technician does that anymore. He cleared the drain and explained everything that was done. Very professional and courteous. I had used Mr. Rooter and Roto Rooter in the past. Never again. Very reasonable compared to the others. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. read more

I called Fletcher Sever and Drain on a Mon. and they had a tech. at my home on Tue. The tech. was very prompt and professional. I had a problem with small tree roots growing into my sewer line which caused water to back up into a basement sink whenever I did laundry or had a large amount of water go down the drain from our bathtub. The problem had happened before and the tech listened to my past problem and assured me it was a repeat. The tech. snaked the sewer line to the street and the drain line back under the house. The roots were there and he removed them. He snaked a camera into the sewer line and made me a d.v.d. to save for future reference. He assured me the problem would happen again in time and advised me to request a maintenance call in a year. He also gave me advice on a chemical to use which would help on killing off some of the roots. Overall I was happy with the service, but was surprised at the cost. I realize the company has state of the art equipment and understand that service calls are never cheap. Just bear in mind that Fletcher Sewer and Drain charges $195 per hour before 5:00PM and after 5:00 or on weekends this charge jumps to $210 and hour. I do feel it was worth the price just for peace of mind and also to avoid water damage. read more
