The temperatures are in the 30s at night, but I have not turned my heat on yet while I try to find someone to repair my furnace. Recently he installed a water purifying system under our kitchen sink so that we did not have to buy water again. In each and all of the 'jobs' he has done for us, his work is well thought out with money saving recommendations on appliances.
