I asked for anything in the next year, and they said that COVID was leading to problems, recommending that I call around. They noted very clearly that they were not free. The number listed on Yelp was incorrect. The business representative was clear that "they" are not available. He didn't know the reps and added that Matt, the primary owner, was injured. If you are looking for an estimate, keep in mind that it appears that they are having staffing / operational challenges.

The next morning O'Connell's manager denied any order ever being placed and justified not responding by stating that my "dead father" was their customer not me or my brother and they were under no obligation to us. This company, especially the manager are the lowest and most despicable types of criminal scum. Phil came back and removed a couple of tiles to allow Stone access to the leak. Stone returned and fixed the leak. I am very happy with the quality of work performed. Price was reasonable. I had a radiator that was leaking water into the basement from a joint. I called Bill because of…read morehis positive reviews and he came over, disconnected it, seemed confused, went for a part, returned, and finally left, promising to return the next day. He left the radiator disconnected and even left one of his tools behind so I was sure he'd return. He never came back, and never called back, even after I called him several times and left polite messages over the course of the next week. I even let him off the hook, like "hey, no problem if you don't know how to fix this one, but can you tell me what you did so I can tell someone else?" No response. Ghosted me. Bill was a nice guy, and he did succeed in stopping the leak, in the sense that he disconnected the radiator. But I still have this problem unfixed and it's getting cold. I just had it looked at by someone from Richard's and they seemed baffled by how he left it. They said fixing it from how it is now will be "a project" - and said "he didn't leave you with much [pipe to reconnect]." This was not a good experience and I can't recommend Bill's services. I am disappointed since he had generally positive reviews and I didn't see this coming. (I will note, though, that someone else described a similar "ghosting" experience with him in one of the "not currently recommended" reviews. Wish I'd seen it before.)
