Not offered a replacement unit yet. Taking too long. I paid in full immediately and we can't cook or work in the apartment because we are uncomfortable. They were nice and gave us a temporary portable unit for one bedroom. We have two bedrooms and now cannot have our daughter visit us since we have no air conditioning. Yesterday the air quality index was high so it is not recommended to be outside. They are supposed to be the best people around so really afraid to try the competition.
