I left a message and they returned my call the next day, set up an appointment for an estimate. They were respectful down to earth and answered all my questions, including when my estimate would be ready. I even received a call the day of install to update me on time of arrival. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process. Customer service is beyond excellent, the quality of work professional, no clean up required by me and finally the cost was reasonable. They earned a new customer. Great, local HVAC and plumbing service!

I called to get an estimate on a sump pump exam and replacement, and they noted that they are only handling "emergency requests". I asked for anything in the next year, and they said that COVID was leading to problems, recommending that I call around. They noted very clearly that they were not free. The number listed on Yelp was incorrect. The business representative was clear that "they" are not available. He didn't know the reps and added that Matt, the primary owner, was injured. If you are looking for an estimate, keep in mind that it appears that they are having staffing / operational challenges.

Doris Day sang Que Sera Sera in at least 3 movies. Did she ever sing this song in a movie in which Rock Hudson also appeared? Question 2 Can anyone help me rewrite Que Sera Sera into an Italian aria for a baritone voice? I'm way ahead of myself here. I called Pickering Plumbers everyday for the last 10 days. Day 3 I started humming QSS while waiting for them to return my call. Day 5 I sang it aloud. Day 7 I sang it through gritted teeth. Day 9 I went outside and faced the approximate direction of their shop on Main Street in Amherst. I believe more could be done. I would like to transpose QSS into an Italian aria for a baritone. Perhaps this will get their notice because 10 days of phone calls ain't done shit.

Out of the three, one never got back to me at all. One took a few days to answer and two more weeks to visit. The third, Joshua at Year Round Heating and Cooling, not only was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry but also took time to answer my over a dozen emailed questions in a very timely manner, even on weekends. When you find someone with this kind of work ethic, responsiveness, and quality work at a reasonable price, you not recommend him to family and friends but you make sure he becomes the person you call for your HVAC needs. Overall, this plumber went above and beyond and came the next day. They gave notice before they arrived as i had requested. They were professional and respectful.
