He pointed out some things I need to watch out for in the future. Definitely some preventive maintenance to be added to my list on this fixer-upper I purchased. He came back and said oh this is a different problem and you must've been reefing on it to get it to break. We said well you've got two little old ladies here in their 60s and we've only tried to turn it on a couple few times to order some plants on the back deck so no. He said he was going to charge us all over again for a new service call and not honor it. I called their office and they said they would credit me for the parts which were probably about $10.00. I did not want that same plumber working here because I did not trust him and they said they would send someone else. They never called back and never fixed their work. I had to call Boulanger Plumbing and they did a fantastic job quickly replacing the old faucet and making everything like new and by the way, it was cheaper than Schneider plumbing. Do not use this company. Very disappointing. Who knows maybe this is just how they treat little old ladies.

Quick to answer, and quick to get out to the house! Jeff came and advised that a Septic Tank pump might be beneficial before cracking any seals, so I sent him on his way at that time. After some digging around, I determined that the septic wouldn't be an issue. I called Dispatch and apologetically requested that Jeff returns. He did without complaint, and diligently worked for nearly 3 hours until all of the issues were resolved. These guys turned what started off as a very stressful day, into a sigh of relief. march 28, 2026 -- buyer beware!!! alpine heat pumps does not stand behind the products they sell…read more 18 months after purchase, major components failure of the compressor and inverter pcb board. best they could do was, we could get out there in maybe 2 weeks, why don't you try calling.....maybe they can help. alpine's representative had the nerve after it was diagnosed by another company as a known c464 failure problem with samsung to say, "well every now and then you get a bad one, but the parts are covered!" 18 months and a major failure, and we're supposed to come up with another $1,500 to $2,000 for labor and freon. so, they don't service what they sell, moreover, don't stand behind the product they recommended. not to mention that as part of mass save had to have our furnace disconnected and we are stll without heat (april 7) in half the house...tonights low expected to be 25 degrees! going on a week and half of 50% heat, not expected to maybe be repaired on the 14th. they were responsive in taking my $28,000 for the system, and now they will not respond! poor customer service! they take your money and move on! shop elsewhere, and go with company that actually services what they sell and stands behind the products they sell. oh, and they no longer sell samsung....no suprise. only 1 star, because can't give zero.

Their prices were reasonable and fair and their work was more than sufficient. If you need a plumber, I recommend Green River Plumbing. Get your pipes fixed right at a good price. And never forget, every company is always learning. This company is not afraid to learn. As a customer and new business owner, i was able to assist them to send me their first invoice using Square.
