Phil came back and removed a couple of tiles to allow Stone access to the leak. Stone returned and fixed the leak. I am very happy with the quality of work performed. Price was reasonable. Never Again! First off when I call to make an appointment I am asked what I need done. Then when…read morethe plumber arrives first question is what are we doing today. When I point out what is wrong and to replace it, they always want to try and fix it - and within a couple days it is leaking again. I basically ended up spending $1000 mostly labor for 5 shutoff valves and the inside of a toilet tank replaced. They charge about $150 to show up and about $125 for any part of time past the first hour. Seems they always need 65 minutes..... and lately added $4 for gas to travel, they are under 3 miles away. And when I call to tell them what they fixed is still broken, it takes at least a week to come and the same fees are charged as though it is a new repair vs correcting what they already charged me for and didn't fix or replace. It seems as though they don't care and act like they are doing a favor just by showing up. For a place that used to be well regarded, I agree they are not worth my time or money and I will be going elsewhere.

We just got the bill for the third correction to that Phillps job. Subsequent plumbers have had to cut into the ceiling below, and into the shower wall to fix shoddy workmanship. Our insurance company was upset, but the statute of limitations is only 4 years on this type of repair.
