I had Matt and Dawson from Skip's come to my house to replace the main waste line going from the house to the septic. They also cleaned and jetted inside the house. They were outstanding. Zero problems. It is impossible to find a square deal, and this was it. Super reasonable pricing, professional work. Matt was committed to his work and ran the cleaning sequence 4-5 times while training Dawson. Other companies would be one-and-done at 4x the pricing. I received ridiculous quotes from other companies. After working with Skip's, I am happy I spent the money. Who can say that about septic work? I try to be realistic about the good and bad with a service provider. For any future wastewater problems, without any reservation, I will call Skip's and no one else.

I was just expecting someone to come out and clean out the line from my dryer and outdoors. The tech went above and beyond my expectations - not only did they clean everything out, but also measured air flow, took lots of photos (which I got in a nice report afterward!), and inspected my dryer vent (which had a crack in it!). I called 3 different companies that all came in around the same price, however I chose County Line because of their professionalism and promptness in responding to the request for quote. Each time I called the company to ask a question or schedule the work, the office staff were very friendly, passed on information to the owners and the owners called me back very quickly. When they came into the house to run the plumbing for the dry well, they were very courteous and did their best to be quiet as they were working near my home office. They got the job done quickly, put down grass seed and straw to repair the lawn and even used a blower on the driveway, leaving it cleaner than when they showed up. We have our tank cleaned regularly but recently had a backup. Stepules was able to come the same day, in the pouring down rain, and resolved part of the problem by identifying that our filter was clogged up (bad luck really since we have service done regularly).
