Took his shoes off at the door and was so polite. He discovered my vent was disconnected in several spots and went the extra mile to make sure everything was cleaned and assembled correctly. He had me run the dryer while he was on site to make sure there were no leaks anywhere. He then showed me all the before and after pictures and I was quite embarrassed with how long I had let this go. He recommended doing this once a year and there's no doubt we will be calling Lowe's again to do the job.

DO plan on wearing a face mask during the process. Dust does fly a little and some lands around the sites worked on. (This will surely happen with *any* HVAC vent cleaning.) They do vacuum floors well afterwards and I didn't expect them to dust all of my nearby furniture too; I did that. Tip re any vent cleaning by any company: I decided to handwash all of the vent covers removed. They told me that they would vacuum each one. I did not expect anyone to stand at my sink and handwash the "junk" that could not vacuumed off. Overall, Everclean did a great job for a very reasonable price given the amount of time and effort put in. Definitely be sure to contact this company for an in-person quote (which some companies do not provide).

It was easy to schedule an appointment via text, followed up with regular updates and clear pricing with estimates. On the day of the appointment, I even got a link with updates on the arrival time! Nick was courteous, methodical, and thorough, going far beyond a simple vacuum of the dryer vent. Quags takes apart pieces of the dryer to make sure that there is no lint collecting in undesired places, does a thorough cleaning of the hose and the vent, and looks for any parts that need to be replaced. Payment via credit card was really easy. All in all, I am thrilled to have Nick, as part of the team that helps take care of my home! I would recommend Quags to anyone.

We are so LUCKY to have found Nick and his team for this installation. This is a family run company that takes pride in their work - which seems to be a rarity these days. Their trucks/vans are spotless and so was our house at the end of each day! I would hire this Company again in a nano-second! Believe their 5 star reviews as they ARE REAL! This company sets the standard of what 5 Star Service Should Be! Thank you Nick!
