What they said was found was that the baffle, exit pipe and D-box were bad and need to be replaced for $3500.00. Luckly the deal for the sale of the home did not go thru. We (home owners) decided to have the items found corrected for the next buyer. Come to find out that the baffle was in excellent shape, the exit pipe was in good shape and the D-box which was also dug up was found to be in excellent shape as well. Watch out for this company, looking to make extra money or keep their employees in work! They should be suspended from doing septic work until they have better trained personal and what to look for. Each time I called the company to ask a question or schedule the work, the office staff were very friendly, passed on information to the owners and the owners called me back very quickly. When they came into the house to run the plumbing for the dry well, they were very courteous and did their best to be quiet as they were working near my home office.
