Think it was ridiculous my receiving of warranty was solely based on full payment . The first new…read morewell you installed some 7 years and 11 months (which should have lasted a lot longer) you left that material before payment received. A precedent you established. When you when converted the original in ground well to above ground you mentioned repairs would be cheaper. That cost was 3634 , almost 8 years later 3400. Naturally based on the fore mentioned anyone would understand my wanting a warranty. There was no inclement weather or lightning that caused the first new well to be completely re-done. Based on what I've have read cheap, incorrect grade wiring or both could cause the above. You even mentioned you were installing better wiring this time around. Obviously don't know for sure but should have lasted significantly longer. I did appreciate you coming out the following day to repair. I feel the warranty should have been given to me. I couldn't make it down there to pick up, therefore should have been sent to me. Showing up at my door unannounced asking my wife to pay and then we get the warranty was pathetic at best. Had you left the warranty in my mailbox I would have payed you immediately like I did 8 years ago. Invoice paid and still no warranty recived Dean
