This was the plumber recommended through Home Depot, and I found their pricing to be substantially lower than other contractors in the area. They were very flexible when my delivery from Home Depot was delayed and unclear. They put my job on hold, and as soon as I confirmed the unit was arriving, they adjusted their schedule and got me in the same day. When the crew arrived, the lead technician and his apprentice got right to work. They were clean, precise, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The finished installation looks excellent. I'm very happy with the result and would absolutely hire them again.

I assumed they'd still come during the scheduled window. When I hadn't heard anything by early afternoon, I ended up calling to check in, only to find out the appointment had been canceled without my knowledge. Later, two technicians were sent out anyway and arrived last minute, around 2:30 PM, staying until nearly 5:00 PM. This disrupted my workday and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. They completed the work ("installation of a customer-supplied drop in sink" & "cable line up to 4" thru access") but the final cost was $1,100, which felt excessive for the services provided. On top of that, they called my workplace without my permission, which crossed a line for me. The technicians themselves were courteous and efficient, but the lack of communication, the scheduling confusion, and the high price made this a frustrating experience. I hope the company takes this kind of feedback seriously to improve how they handle appointments and customer communication. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company.

march 28, 2026 -- buyer beware!!! alpine heat pumps does not stand behind the products they sell…read more 18 months after purchase, major components failure of the compressor and inverter pcb board. best they could do was, we could get out there in maybe 2 weeks, why don't you try calling.....maybe they can help. alpine's representative had the nerve after it was diagnosed by another company as a known c464 failure problem with samsung to say, "well every now and then you get a bad one, but the parts are covered!" 18 months and a major failure, and we're supposed to come up with another $1,500 to $2,000 for labor and freon. so, they don't service what they sell, moreover, don't stand behind the product they recommended. not to mention that as part of mass save had to have our furnace disconnected and we are stll without heat (april 7) in half the house...tonights low expected to be 25 degrees! going on a week and half of 50% heat, not expected to maybe be repaired on the 14th. they were responsive in taking my $28,000 for the system, and now they will not respond! poor customer service! they take your money and move on! shop elsewhere, and go with company that actually services what they sell and stands behind the products they sell. oh, and they no longer sell samsung....no suprise. only 1 star, because can't give zero.

Avoid this business--dishonest pricing and terrible service…read more I called at 5 PM on a Friday to get my sewer drain unclogged. I was quoted $378 plus a $200 weekend emergency fee. To save money, I told the dispatcher I would wait until Monday. She then offered to waive the $200 fee and send a technician out immediately. This turned out to be a bait-and-switch. They sent a technician without a vacuum truck, meaning he couldn't actually unclog the drain. Instead, he just cleaned a filter and charged me $168. If they had sent the correct truck in the first place, cleaning the filter would have been included in the original job price. It feels like they forced a dispatch just to trap me into paying a service fee, knowing they couldn't fix the actual problem. To make matters worse, the technician was incredibly unprofessional. He initially told me the visit would be $128, but after calling the office, he hiked the price to $168 and lied to my face, claiming he never said $128. He also seemed completely clueless and had to be walked through the basic steps of the job over the phone by his office. I paid the fee just to get him to leave and canceled any future service. I would give 0 stars if possible.
