Now on to the May for my picture series. This is my 2nd Lancaster review (although neither are in the city limits), 3rd if you include Lancaster County as a whole (one in Letitz I wrote in 2022). My parents moved to Lancaster in 2021 and been to this Poke place maybe 3 times when I discovered it. My most recent time was the evening after Mother's Day on my way out of town back to MD. I have to say this place is my favorite Poke place I've ever been to including the many choices we have in the DC area. There are a wide variety of ingredient choices and thankfully a lower price than the DC area Poke places. The staff is always friendly too. My parents aren't very adventuresome when it comes to food. They like American, Mexican, & Italian; that's mainly it. My dad likes Chinese food, but not sushi or Vietnamese, etc. One time I believe around Christmas 2023, all of us wanted different foods for dinner. I rode with my dad to pick up the food while my mom chilled at home. We got my mom a Panera sandwich, then my Poke, then my dad picked up Popeye's for himself. All funny they started with P. I'm like I'm not eating Panera or Popeye's when I'm up here because I live near those. PokeStation is a when in Rome situation. My parents also commented on how different my food looked (in other words very colorful & fresh ingredients). read more

Came here and ordered boba tea. Tried the taro milk tea and the signature green tea. I didn't know that the signature green tea still has milk in it BUT...it was still good. I typically am not a "milk" tea person, just tea! I'm sure if you asked for no milk they would give it to you without it. The bubbles were delicious. For two drinks, it was about $9. The restaurant smelled really good and would like to come back and try a poke bowl sometime! read more

My boyfriend and I stopped in for the first time and were absolutely blown away ! Delicious food , fresh and made to order for you. I had the spicy tuna and spicy salmon bowl with brown rice and added edamame, seaweed salad , corn , red cabbage , cucumbers, fish flakes and chili flakes and chose the jalapeño ponzu sauce . Delicious !!!!!! Boyfriend opted for spicy salmon , chicken and brown rice bowl with carrots, edamame, corn, jalapeños, red cabbage , chili flakes , fish flakes and the jalapeño ponzu sauce too . The sauce is spicy and flavorful and perfect for everything in the bowl ! The staff were pleasant and helpful and kept all the toppings and proteins stocked and ready for customers. We've since gone back a second time and had the same amazing experience ! We both added spicy shrimp to our bowls and yes it's spicy and delicious ! We absolutely love coming here especially after a full week of running , working out, intermittent fasting and watching our caloric intake.... This is our treat lol. Stop by and check it out , you won't be disappointed . Also , the place has decent seating , fountain drinks station and is very clean . Sad to see that there's only a couple of reviews for this restaurant. Need to get more reviews to help encourage support. Ordered a poke bowl with shrimp, crab, brown rice, a bunch of veggies, and added mango and pineapple. I haven't had fruit choices for other bowls I've ordered, so that was a nice change. The sauce choices were plentiful. The mango chili was my favorite. The bowl itself was very tasty and I would definitely return if I lived in the area. The staff were friendly and pleasant. I hope this restaurant can garner some local support. read more

First time having any poke bowl / sushi burrito and this place did not disappoint. Tried 2 different signature sushi burritos and they were delicious and filled with lots of great/fresh ingredients. Crab ragoons were also delicious. For the freshness of the ingredients, everything was fairly priced. Bathrooms were very clean. read more

As a first time customer I ordered from this location online, upon attempting to pick up my order I was told they never received my order (even though I showed proof of receipt via email). The lady at the register ARGUED with me for several minutes as if I was trying to steal food I had already paid for, stating they never got my order to they made my order and someone took it off the pickup shelf (doordash/online orders).... After several minutes of back and forth I had to REMIND this lady (who claimed to be the owner Pinky) that I was the customer and she needed to pipe down... Moral of the story customer service is TRASH and thats via the "owner"... As a FIRST time customer after spending $50.00 she was rude, dismissive and disrespectful when the mistake was CLEARLY theirs... The food was good but the service was TERRIBLE. read more

This is my favorite Poke place in Lancaster - hands down better than other poke places around with fresh options and better variety for protein. This is one of the few poke places in Lancaster and even in Philly to have eel, scallops, and tempura shrimp as a protein option, aside from tuna and salmon. I'm happy to find a designated boba place where I don't have to drive 1 hr to Philly for. The boba is A1 gooey deliciousness.. even if Kung Fu Tea opened in Lancaster, I rather drink boba here. Also, I wouldn't rate on service because they do work 12 hrs almost everyday. Shidddd, I'd be angry like someone peed into my Cheerios, too. read more

Im addicted to this place and eat there 2-3 times per week. This style of Asian food has eliminated my traditional desire for "Chinese good". The food is clean and the portions are about right for the price. The only reason I don't go 5 star for this eatery is because the staff is so damn rude. Lately the new hires have been much better and I will put up with rudeness for the deliciousness the menu provides. Love this place!!!!! read more

I love the food here. Quality ingredients and they are always fully stocked. Do yourself a favor and use the online ordering system. The young guy who works there is miserable and clearly does not want to be there. He "hate made" my bowl tonight which made the whole process very uncomfortable and I missed a few items I wanted because I was so taken a back by the situation.
