Can't say enough about this place, the food, the people, it's a whole thing. It's a smallish family run place attached to a pool hall in a oddly located strip mall. If you know you know and if you don't...you won't be disappointed. Big bowls of delicious pho, a pot of hot jasmine tea and some spring rolls make the perfect meal on a cold day. Be patient, be kind and just enjoy.

The best Asian food restaurants are the ones that fly under the radar and are not so dressed up like this place. This place might not look all that spectacular from the inside and is not completely visible to see from the outside, but the food is slammin. You get a decent portion of pho and vermicelli when you order. The spring rolls came with a delicious peanut sauce that wasn't too spicy. I love this place. The only thing I would say is be patient and be kind as there are like 2 people working here doing everything (I believe it's a couple and they are the owners). They were cooking and delivering the food. When I was there, it wasn't busy but there were two other families that sat down. It wasn't loud. The lighting could be better if I could make a suggestion for change as it would add to the ambience to the place rather than it making it feel like I'm eating in the lobby of an insurance office. Lol But other than that, love the place. Will be returning soon!

I was visiting from Seattle and was lucky enough to discover this place. Hands down the best pho I've ever tasted. I came to eat here almost everyday when I was in Lancaster. The broth is nothing compared to other pho restaurants. The broth is so deep and full of flavor you can tell they used a lot of bones and spent time on it, the meat is fresh and tender. I also had the bun Bo hue which you should totally try if you can handle your spice. And definitely get a cup of coffee! I tried everything but the sea salt was my favorite! It's such a fun coffee to drink. The place can be a bit noisy at times because it's connected to another business but who cares when the food tastes this good. I had a chat with the new owners and they are super sweet. This place is under new management as of a few months ago and they are putting the bar very high for pho/Vietnamese food in the area. Now I'm sad cause I can't find a pho restaurant as good as this back in Seattle.

In my opinion, best Pho in Lancaster County! As of today they are only doing take out. Please support Cafe & Pho Hoang, because of the location and lack of Social Media many people don't know they exist. Thanks for helping local small business!

I will not take off for store front. You see the pictures, it's kind of in s industrial park. No bells or whistles wasted on appearance. Food is great. Sweet Vietnamese woman runs the restaurant. I always get the pho and spring rolls in Vietnamese restaurants. Top notch here. This place is worth hunting for if in Lancaster PA.

I was delighted to discover that a new Vietnamese restaurant had opened. This place rocks! The Pork Bun was excellent, the Spring Rolls fresh and light with lovely peanut sauce, and the iced coffee was perfect. It is a little out of the way but the food is most definitely big-city caliber, no doubt about it. It is definitely on the agenda to return to soon.

The food is unquestionably fresh; there are no mass-produced shortcuts here. I ordered the Shaky Beef with Rice (Bo Luc Lac), and it absolutely melted in my mouth. I'm from NYC and I've had my fair share of flavors from around the world. This by far is my favorite restaurant in Lancaster. The service was amazing, owner/chef is super down to earth. For drinks, my partner and I got a limeade, coffee, and thai tea. All were amazing! coffee is strong and limeade was refreshing. Hu Tieu in chicken broth was amazing, chicken broth has been cooking for 20+ hours and YOU CAN TELL. Regular Brisket Pho was just as flavorful! Bun Bo Hue was the heartiest and most flavorful bowl of soup noodles I've ever had. ZERO COMMENTS. My partner got the shakey beef over rice, he said it was a 10/10, very tender and flavorful. (the chef came by passing out samples and my partner was immediately sold.) Come check this place out!!!?

While the broth and noodles didn't necessarily stand out compared to some of the many ramen shops I've tried, everything was well prepared and the ingredients tasted fresh. I also ordered the chicken katsu curry, which was enjoyable--the curry sauce had a rich, comforting flavor and paired well with the crispy chicken Service was good overall. The staff checked in a couple of times, and the food came out quickly after ordering. They could have been a bit more attentive throughout the meal, but nothing that took away from the experience The restaurant has a classic ramen bar setup with a clean, inviting atmosphere. I also loved the décor, especially the giant Pikachu statue, which adds a fun touch to the space Overall, it's a great neighborhood spot to satisfy a ramen craving.
