This ramen hit the spot on a rainy evening. I love that the ramen bowls are served to our tables. The shrimp spicy ramen bowl was hearty and a little spicy . The chicken bowl wasn't as spicy so we asked for chilli oil on the side. The serving size is huge so I did ask for takeaway containers.

Such a cute little place! Very busy even on a random Thursday evening! Service was good as well as the food. I will definitely come back! The chicken Katsu was a delight!

Love this little place. We love the cute Japanese decoration inside. The place is small but have decent amount of tables and chairs. The service is great, friendly and pretty fast with the food. The foods are delicious as well, we definitely will be back when we craving for Ramen.

Place is small, but the waiter and everyone that works there is very friendly. The place is clean along with the bathrooms. Nice music, cool atmosphere and good food. The prices are not bad at all.

Got food regrets after coming here. I took my family here cause they never had ramen before and this place ruined ramen for them. They ordered the #4 pork one and literally just picked at it. I gave it a taste and understood why. I felt so bad because I wanted them to have a good experience. It tasted so bland and the little flavor it did have was not it. I got the the spicy tonkotsu ramen and it was alright. It was spicy and the toppings were good but nothing worth the price and not worth coming back to. I mean my bar was already low because people probably come here for the anime and not the food. It was giving instant ramen vibes. The ambiance was good though. Love seeing the naruto panels on the wall, they were playing one piece on the tv. Service was great and the waiters were kind. But the cleaning chemical they used to clean the tables was so strong it filled the entire small restaurant.

Went here with my sister. Amazing food that was delicious. Everyone loved their ramen, buns and chicken and rice. Drinks were also very tasty. The place is anime themed, and small but super comfy. Special shout out to the spotless restrooms. And friendly, attentive staff. Looking forward to returning.

For a non big city ramen place it was pretty good. Service was fantastic and the food was very good considering the area. We sampled a few different apps and again while it's not big city soup dumplings they were very tasty, soup was flavorful as was pork filling. I got the spicy tonkatsu ramen which was flavorful, the pork was a little thin but I would definitely come back.

I love love love Ninja Ramen! This is a great spot for anime fans (and also people who are craving a very flavorful ramen broth)! I squeal every time I go. It's super cool--the restaurant is Naruto themed as you might have guessed--there are banners of Naruto eating Ichiraku ramen, a shippuden statue up front and walls patterned with scenes from the manga. Not to mention a large TV playing anime in the background, with cute ambience. Everything I've eaten here is delicious as well, not just the ramen. I've had their fried gyoza dumplings, lil pork buns, crispy scallion pancakes, and their green tea mousse as a part of various combos. As well as their Thai iced tea (they also serve boba!) So far I've sampled their signature ninja ramen, miso ramen, beef flank ramen, and new black garlic ramen--all very good. They came out sizzling and warm (see video--now I am craving ramen again!) My favorite ramen so far has been the new black garlic ramen--just yum! A great portion and very flavorful with plentiful pork. Not too salty. Noodles cooked to perfection. And the service is great!!! Great ambience. 1000% will be going back.

Everything was wonderful . First time here & can't wait to come back! I got kimchi & bubble tea to start with, then their most popular dish. Super filling and yummy!! The Naruto theme was actually what sold me on trying the place out. The servers were super sweet and attentive. Can't wait to come back and try more!!

First time! Tl;dr= if you're used to big city ramen (LA,NYC), you'll probably think this is between 3-4/5, but for this area this is definitely 5/5 for ramen! We came in at around 1pm on Sunday and warning, it's not a big place. Tables for 2 were less than a foot apart. Service was quick, though employees hampered by tiny walking room. We ordered the thai tea and mango passion tea as bevs, and the spicy tonkatsu ramen Mango passion tea was delicious and sweet. Thai tea was great but slightly sweeter than ideal. We also ordered shrimp tempura shu mai which were delish! Served with a peanutty sauce and fried lightly, not too heavy. Spicy Tonkatsu - tasty, good spice level (though could be spicier), and cha siu was well prepared. Broth could be slightly thicker for tonkatsu and the pickled ginger was pretty overpowering. Otherwise, definitely the best in the area. I'll probably try others next time The theme is super cute! Very hip/youthful and naruto based while also playing Kpop in the background.

Apparently this town rolls up the roads at 8 PM on Sunday nights. I arrived in town at 8:30 and this was one of the few places still open. I'm glad it was. This was my first time eating ramen other than the 25¢ grocery store variety. I got a combo which included: 1. Ninja Tonkotsu RamenNatural heritage Berkshire pork bone soup (tonkatsu). Chashu Pork, Half Marinated Egg, Bamboo Shoots, Bean Sprouts, Kikurage, Red Ginger, Scallion, Corn, Fish Cake And A4.Pork Bun - Slow roasted pork with spring mix, tomato, cucumber, and spicy mayonnaise on a soft style bun. I was unsure of the best way to eat these separate ingredients so I dug in and just ate a little of each in rotation. I assume I did it right as I ate it all. Lol

Noodle Shack is located in a shopping center so there is ample parking available. During my first visit, I had the pleasure to try takoyaki for the first time. These soft, pillowy octopus fritters garnished with sauce and bonito flakes that danced as they reacted to the heat we're as exciting to try as they were delicious. Upon entry today I was quickly seated and was one of two occupied tables in the dining room. The waiter came over and took my order of Zhanjiangmian. My previewed the menu online beforehand so I already knew what I was going to order. The interior of the restaurant is spacious, clean and cozy. Not long after I place my order I got my food. Zhanjiang is a fermented soybean paste and to make the dish pork and mushrooms are added to make the sauce. To my delight, I was welcomed with a warm and savory noodle dish packed with umami that just seemed perfect for this cold weather. The dish itself does not come spicy so I requested a side of chili oil which I used had some heat and this just amplified how tasty this dish was. I was pleased with my order and would definitely eat this dish again. My only complaint about today's experience, which is a pet peeve of mine, is when the server places the check on the table before I am finished eating. Fortunately, most establishments don't follow this protocol. And although it is my only complaint I do not feel this would prevent me from going back try more of their menu.

They even have some boba tea options. Not sure I would trust the mango and strawberry mochi ice cream though. I got the spicy tonkatsu ramen combo which comes with a pork bun and Thai iced tea. I was able to get the Thai tea less sweet. Altogether it was $20 which isn't too bad. Thai tea was as you would expect nothing wrong with it. Pork bun was pretty good, nice soft bun with slices of pork with lettuce, cucumber with a sweet sauce. Spicy tonkatsu ramen was alright, above average for York, PA. It came with a closer to hard boiled half egg, one slice of fish cake, some bamboo, a few slices of chashu that was marinated but a little overcooked, and pink ginger.. Why they would put pink ginger in ramen is beyond me but it was not a good choice. Flavor of broth was good and spicy level is more of a mild. They do have a devil ramen which is much spicier. Ambience was cool, they have a mist machine with purple lights in the middle and a Naruto figure near the door. They also have a small tv playing Naruto episodes non-stop. Service was good too. Servers checked on my at appropriate times. One of the bathrooms was out of service when I came, hopefully they will fix that soon. Overall, worth a visit to get your Ramen fix in York.

The ones we had in Hawaii had a spicy kick at the end. These were comparably good. One flavor all around. No spicy after kick. The Kalua Pork and Cabbage was spicier than what we had at Hawaii. It actually tasted better. They added ginger and it was spicy. I liked the Taiwanese cabbage better than what we had in Hawaii, which was regular cabbage. The ribeye steak ramen was good as well. It makes me want to try the rib eye entree. I like the black pepper flavor. I took the steak out as soon as it served, so it would not cook anymore in the broth. I was impressed that they made it medium rare. The chicken broth was not too salty, which it can be in other places, so I was pleased that it wasn't. The menma bamboo was crunchy. Many places have it too soft. The black seaweed/wood ear like topping was also crunchy. The wavy ramen noodles were perfectly QQ or all dente. There were two doors to open at the entrance. Handicap accessible. No steps. Two gender neutral restrooms. Spacious. Handicap accessible. We found street parking right out front. We came at 7 PM on a Monday after the dinner rush. Our server was very attentive. He also answered all my questions. I asked it they were Pulehu Ribs. When he did not know, he went to ask his colleague. I would come back for the same dishes, get a bigger order of the short ribs, and try the garlic shrimp. Definitely a new staple for us. Before going to Hawaii, we never had Hawaiian food before. This was a good way to revisit our vacation!
